When there was a continuous drought in winter and spring, the Yingzhou District Government supported GE's large families with 57000 yuan in drought relief funds, 26 sets of sprinkler irrigation equipment, 6 sets of mobile pumps and 120 tons of low-cost drought-resistant and disaster relief fertilizers. GE Haoxin has become a successful model for Yingzhou District to explore rural land transfer, from individual decentralized contracting to intensive and industrialized agriculture.
