Many people equate organic vegetables with environmentally friendly vegetables and pollution-free vegetables, which is incorrect.

Of course, some definitions of organic vegetables, green vegetables and pollution-free vegetables I do not agree with. I think that to produce pollution-free vegetables, we must first have a pollution-free growth environment in order to grow environmentally-friendly pollution-free vegetables. For example, although you plant with organic fertilizer, due to air pollution and water pollution, you can't grow green pollution-free vegetables. Moreover, your organic fertilizer may not be up to standard. For example, your organic fertilizer may also be contaminated. How can you grow safe and edible vegetables? Mushrooms, for example, are easy to enrich heavy metals. If a place is polluted by heavy metals, the mushrooms grown in this place will be poisonous and cannot be eaten. Therefore, some wild mushrooms dare not be eaten because they do not know whether the place of origin is polluted. The source of organic fertilizer is also worth noting, some organic fertilizer can reach the standard, some can not. For example, organic fertilizer from some farms is polluted or nutritionally unbalanced due to the large use of various drugs for some reason. For example, farms are often disinfected with potassium permanganate. Excessive accumulation of potassium permanganate will only affect plant growth and vegetable quality. Some drugs contain heavy metals or other harmful substances. Vegetables planted with such organic fertilizer are definitely not pollution-free vegetables.

Therefore, in order to grow safe and pollution-free vegetables, we must control the air source, water source and fertilizer source without toxicity, and also have a set of safety standards and testing conditions to facilitate the planting of safe and pollution-free vegetables.
