The cultivated species of edible fungi are expanded from the original species, and all the original culture media can be used to prepare cultivated species. The preparation of culture material of cultivated species is basically the same as that of the original species.

(1) methods and steps of batching

Cottonseed hull-bran medium (suitable for cultivation of Auricularia auricula, Flammulina velutipes, Pleurotus ostreatus, Pleurotus ostreatus, etc.):

Cottonseed husk 44 kg, wheat bran 5 kg, sucrose 0.5 kg, gypsum powder 0.5 kg.

Sawdust-bran medium (suitable for cultivated species such as Tremella fuciformis and Auricularia auricula):

38 kg sawdust, 10 kg wheat bran, 0.5 kg gypsum powder, 0.5 kg sucrose, 150 g magnesium sulfate, 850 g soybean powder, 47.5 Mel 52.5 kg water.

Cottonseed husk-sawdust medium (suitable for Lentinus edodes):

20 kg of cottonseed husk, 19 kg of sawdust, 10 kg of wheat bran or rice bran, 0.5 kg of sucrose, 0.5 kg of gypsum powder and 30 kg of water. PH 6.5 Murray 7 is suitable.

Take cottonseed husk-sawdust preparation as an example: first weigh cottonseed husk 20 kg, sawdust 19 kg, wheat bran 10 kg, gypsum powder 0.5 kg, sucrose 0.5 kg, add appropriate amount of water to stir evenly; the culture material can be mixed into a polypropylene bag, the bottom angle of the material can be inserted into the polypropylene bag, the tightness of the material should be the same, and the degree of tightness should be the same while loading, each bag can hold 300 music 375 grams of dry material and 700rel 850 grams of wet material. After packing the bag, insert a hole in the middle of the culture material, the depth is about 1 inch from the bottom of the bag, put a cotton plug at the mouth of the bag, and fasten the mouth of the bag. Sterilize the same day after packing the bag to avoid mildew and deterioration of the culture material.

Sterilization: plastic bag cultivation should be laid down when sterilization, not too tight, to leave a gap to facilitate the flow of steam. If you use high pressure sterilization, sterilize at a pressure of 13.1 kg per square meter for 2.5 hours. If you use a soil steamer, the temperature reaches 100 ℃ and then continue to sterilize for 10 hours.
