Second, keep warm and prevent cold, replenish water and control humidity. After the edible fungus grows in autumn, the stick loses more water, so it should be replenished in time. Mushrooms hardly need to be rehydrated in winter.
Third, timely ventilation should be carried out around noon when the temperature is high. When operating, you should go in and out from the south side of the shed to prevent the cold wind from attacking.
