The mixed use of pesticides is a very common method of pesticide application now, because the reasonable mixed use of pesticides can improve the control effect, delay the resistance of diseases and pests, improve the control effect, and reduce the amount of drugs. the mixed use of pesticides for the control of different diseases and pests can also reduce the number of times of pesticide application, thus reducing the labor cost. However, the mixed use of pesticides must be reasonable, otherwise it will greatly affect the actual efficacy, or even counterproductive.

Matters needing attention in mixed use of pesticides

For example, organophosphorus, carbamate, pyrethroid insecticides and disulfide carbamate derivative fungicides (thiram, mancozeb, mancozeb, etc.) pesticides can decompose under alkaline conditions, so they can not be mixed with alkaline pesticides. These agents should not be mixed with alkaline stone sulfur mixture and Bordeaux solution. (however, acaricide Nisolan has the advantage of being mixed with alkaline agents, which is not included.) most organic sulfur fungicides are sensitive to acid reaction and should be used carefully. Such as: Shuangxiaoling (that is, amino acid copper) will decompose and precipitate copper ions when it encounters acid, which not only reduces the efficacy, but also is easy to cause drug damage. Some pesticides can not be mixed with drugs containing metal ions, such as methyl topiramate, disulfide carbamate fungicides, etc., should not be mixed with copper preparations.

The mixture of stone sulfur mixture and Bordeaux liquid can not be mixed with stone sulfur mixture and Bordeaux solution, dithiocarbamate fungicides and copper preparations can be mixed with thiocarbamate fungicides and alkaline drugs. Substances that cause serious drug damage to crops can be produced, so they can not be mixed.

Third, pesticides with cross-resistance should not be mixed with fungicides carbendazim and methyl thiophanate. Mixed use not only can not delay the emergence of drug resistance, but will accelerate the emergence of drug resistance, so it can not be mixed.

When the four physical properties can not be mixed with pesticides, attention should be paid to whether the physical properties of different components are changed. after mixing, stratification, flocculation and precipitation, emulsion destruction, lower suspension rate and even crystallization precipitation can not be mixed. When the EC is mixed with the water agent, the water agent solution can be mixed first, and then the emulsion solution can be prepared with the water agent solution. Some acidic water pesticides containing a lot of inorganic salts will be demulsified when mixed with EC pesticides, so it is forbidden to mix them. When organophosphorus wettable powder is mixed with other wettable powder, the suspension rate will decrease, which is easy to cause drug damage, so it is not suitable for mixed use.

Note: 1. X shows that the two agents can not be mixed. 2. Fluoromide, sodium chloroisohydrourate, bacteriorubicin, butyramine, etc., can only be used alone.
