GE Penghui, a 28-year-old man, was busy airlifting 1000 wild eggs to a farmer in Kashgar in Xigang village, Yanghan Township, Qianxian County on June 10. Two years after graduation, this college student who went out from the countryside unexpectedly returned to his hometown to develop characteristic breeding and raised pheasants. GE Penghui graduated from Southwest Agricultural University in 2005, majoring in marketing, majoring in animal medicine. After graduation, he got a job as a technician in an animal medicine factory in Chongqing. In 2006, GE Penghui germinated the idea of starting his own business, resigned and returned to his hometown. At first, I wanted to open a workshop-style pig feed factory, but considering that I had no advantage, I had to give up. After market research, he finally aimed at the pheasant market with small breeding volume and great demand potential in Shaanxi.

"Baby, I dare not do it. I can't afford to lose. I have no money at home, and I work hard for you to go to college for a few years. You can't go back to the countryside, can you? Then relatives and neighbors will see jokes. " For GE Penghui to start his own business, his mother has always been ideologically unable to pass. But GE Penghui believed in his own judgment. After all, he was still young, and if he failed, he could only start all over again.

In June 2008, GE Penghui raised more than 40,000 yuan, introduced 300 excellent breeder chickens from a large pheasant farmer in Chongqing, and built a "Qianxian pheasant farm" on his 3 mu of land. Three months later, GE Penghui harvested the first batch of 100 mountain eggs, but only 22 healthy chicks were hatched. In order to improve the hatching rate, GE Penghui built a hatching water bed at home and soon increased the shelling rate to 85%.

In November 2008, GE Penghui took his entrepreneurial project to the Yangling Agricultural High School meeting, and his pheasant farming became popular. There was a steady stream of inquiries, and many farmers introduced breeder chickens from him, signed agreements with him, joined his pheasant breeding team, and others placed orders directly. Before the Spring Festival in 2009, his farm produced more than 7000 commercial chickens, with sales of more than 300,000 yuan. At present, the maximum stock of chicken farms has reached more than 2000. His pheasants are favored by hotels, restaurants, farm music and tourist attractions, and are also sold to Qiao's compound in Shanxi Province.

Now, a pair of pheasants of GE Penghui can be sold for 100 yuan, and the more than 60,000 yuan invested in the previous period has already been fully recovered. "this year, my goal is to produce 30,000 to be the 'pheasant king' of Shaanxi." GE Penghui said excitedly.
