Liang Guihong has been engaged in raw fish breeding for 20 years. Before that, he had raised shrimp, four big fish and sweet-scented osmanthus, but he didn't make any money. Since entering the industry of raw fish breeding, business has been booming day by day. In spite of this, he felt that there were many problems in traditional raw fish breeding, such as long growth period, small size, many diseases, low survival rate, low yield, not conducive to long-distance transportation of live fish, and high culture costs, all of which greatly affected the benefits of culture. Since 2000, Liang Guihong has tried to learn from the breeding experience of hybrid rice to cultivate high-quality hybrid fish seedlings. After many experiments, it was finally determined that Ophiocephalus Argus from Hunan as the male parent and Hong Kong snakehead as the female parent, after breeding and parents intensive breeding, cross breeding. Through the study on the effects of various doses of spawning on the synchronous spawning of parent fish under different temperature conditions, the most suitable dose of spawning was determined, the problem of non-synchronous spawning and ovulation of parent fish was solved, and the excellent variety of "Huinong No.1" was obtained.

The appraisal conclusion of the Municipal Science and Technology Bureau shows that the growth rate of "Huinong No. 1" is 50% faster than that of its parent, and the listing size in the same culture cycle is 50% larger, with an average weight of more than 600 grams per tail. Because of its strong disease resistance and high survival rate, the average yield per mu reached 2550 kg, the yield increased by more than 1250 kg, and the breeding cost was reduced by 20%.

Liang Guihong currently has more than 180 mu of aquaculture water in Shalan Village, Triangle Town, as well as 26 indoor incubators with a total area of 600 square meters.

According to Liang Guihong, he hatched a total of 8000 raw fish fry last year, of which only more than 1000 were bred by himself.

What's more, there is income from the sale of fish fry.

Drive the surrounding villagers to get rich together.

Wu Yuming, director of the Triangle Town Agricultural Service Center, believes that what makes Liang Guihong unique is not how much money he earns, but that he drives the surrounding villagers to become rich.

Wu Yuming said that the cultivation of raw fish fry is a project with less investment, less land occupation, short time and quick results. Without paying a penny, the villagers can go to Liang Guihong to take away the spray and put it in their own fields. They only need two or three mu of land, or even one mu of land, to do it. In the meantime, they do not need any feed, but only need to master the basic techniques for cultivating fish fry. When the spray grows into 2.5-3 cm in 12-15 days, it can be sold at a price of 0.2 yuan each. After selling the fish fry, he will pay Liang Guihong the money he spends. Even if the survival rate of 50% is taken into account, the cultivated farmers earn more than double their profits. A villager in Jiemin Village next to Sha Lan Village once told Wu Yuming that since April this year, he has earned more than 60,000 yuan by raising Liang Guihong's spray.

At present, more than 30 villagers in Shalan Village and nearby villages have taken spray back to raise here in Liang Guihong, which has brought everyone a short and easy way to get rich.
