Li was also injured and spent 245 yuan on medical treatment. Later, Hu sued Li and his wife to the people's Court of Huinong District, asking them to compensate 5250.10 yuan for medical expenses, missed work expenses and so on. When Li learned of the matter, he sued Hu to the court and asked him to compensate him for medical expenses and 407 yuan for missed work.

After ascertaining the facts, the people's Court of Huinong District held that in this incident, Li and his wife should bear the primary responsibility, while Hu should bear the secondary responsibility. Recently, the court made a judgment of first instance that Li and his wife compensated Hu 672.08 yuan and Hu compensated Li 75.52 yuan.
