Recently, the author came to Shengli Township Garden Village, Yongning County. In the past, this used to be a famous backward village in the county. The 13 party members in the village did not have an organizational life in two years, did not develop a party member, and the village department had poor facilities. The Organization Department of the county party committee sent a cadre from the county to Bao the village, first readjusted the party branch team of the village, removed the village women director and three captains according to the reflection of the masses, and redistributed the responsibilities and rights of the village cadres. After more than a year of unremitting efforts, village cadres have won more than 200,000 yuan in grain subsidies for the villagers, added three new beef cattle farms, renovated the village headquarters, and hardened the village roadways.
