(agricultural Wealth net) at 02:00 every morning, Yue Yueren, a villager of Sanlian Village, Yangzizhou Township, Qingshan Lake District, Nanchang City, will get up and send a truckload of newly picked vegetables to the Hongkelong supermarket distribution center. After quality and safety inspection and other procedures, these fresh vegetables will be sent to the shelves of Hongkelong supermarkets for the public to choose and buy. On November 5, the reporter learned that this new supply mode of direct docking between agricultural production bases and supermarkets has started in Nanchang and has been favored by farmers, supermarkets and citizens, but there are still many problems in large-scale promotion.

The tripartite win-win situation of "agricultural super docking"

Yangzizhou Township is the main "vegetable basket" in Nanchang, where about 40% of the leafy vegetables in Nanchang market are supplied. Yue Guosheng's family has 3 mu of vegetable plots. In the past, at 3 am every morning, he would ride a tricycle to send the picked vegetables to the Shenzhen Agricultural products Wholesale Market in Nanchang City and sell them to wholesalers. Now he can sell the vegetables on his doorstep, and the price is higher than that of the wholesale market. This is all due to the "agricultural super docking" between Hong Kelong supermarket and Yangzizhou vegetable base.

At 8 o'clock every morning, the fresh food areas of many large supermarkets in Nanchang open for business, becoming the main places for citizens to buy vegetables, melons and fruits. The supply chain model of "agricultural super docking" further shortens the distance of agricultural products from farmland to the dining table, maximizes the freshness of agricultural products, reduces the intermediate links in the circulation of agricultural products, and saves the cost of businesses. Consumers can buy fresh and safe fresh agricultural products at more favorable prices, so as to achieve a win-win situation among farmers, citizens and businesses.

For Yue Guosheng, the benefit of "agricultural super docking" is not only that you can get a good night's sleep every day, but also that "you don't have to worry that vegetables can be sold at a good price." In April last year, Sanlian Village, Yangzizhou Township, signed a vegetable supply contract with Hongkelong supermarket. Every evening, the villagers responsible for distribution would go to the vegetable field in the village to purchase vegetables and deliver them to Hongkelong Logistics Company in the early morning of the next morning. After quality and safety inspection and other procedures, they were sent to various supermarkets for sale.

Most supermarkets in Nanchang do not regard vegetables as profitable products, but use special vegetables to improve supermarket popularity, so cost control is the most important. The person in charge of a supermarket told the reporter that it turns out that vegetable farmers sell vegetables to wholesalers, and supermarkets purchase vegetables from wholesalers. Vegetable prices have increased by at least 30%, and through the "agricultural super docking" model, the cost can be reduced by at least 15%. And you can get a stable supply of goods. For many citizens, it was not easy to buy some fresh vegetables at the farmers' market in the past. Now with supermarkets, security can be bought in addition to lower prices than ever before. Once vegetables have problems with the quality and safety of agricultural products, the supermarket will soon be able to find out which production base is provided, and the monitoring of food sources will be more effective.

The expansion of the scale is sad to the "hurdle".

It is precisely because the "agricultural super docking" model has many advantages, the state is vigorously promoting it, and more and more large supermarkets are also taking the initiative to join. However, in the process of "agricultural super docking" promotion, there are still many "hurdles" to cross.

Sanjiang Town is also an important vegetable base in Nanchang City, with a current planting area of more than 10,000 mu. Two years ago, supermarkets purchased directly from the local planting base, but now it has basically come to a standstill. The reason is that the supermarket purchase quantity is small, the variety is many, "every day several hundred kilograms of vegetables, but also the vegetable farmer sends to the supermarket", this causes the farmer slowly to lose the enthusiasm. At present, 1/3 of the vegetables in Sanjiang Town are sold locally every year, and the rest are sold to markets outside the province through middlemen.

Cai Houyang is the person in charge of the vegetable cooperative in the south street of Sanjiang Town. The vegetable planting area of this cooperative is more than 1600 mu, and most of the vegetables are sold to Shanghai, Guangdong and other places through dealers. Vegetables entering the Nanchang market are generally sold through dealers from the Shenzhen agricultural products wholesale market to supermarkets and bazaars. Cai Houyang said that the cooperative is made up of dozens or even hundreds of vegetable farmers, and the settlement cycle of goods in supermarkets is relatively long, and many farmers have concerns, so they have not yet taken the initiative to connect with supermarkets.

Ouyang Jialing, manager of the purchasing department of Nanchang Bubugao supermarket chain, went to the vegetable production base around Nanchang many times to investigate, hoping to promote "agricultural super docking", but this work is not easy. The partners that Bubugao hopes to find are companies or cooperatives to organize loose vegetable farmers so that it is easier to control the quality and safety of agricultural products, but there are not many cooperatives that meet this requirement. Ouyang Jialing said that it is difficult for individual farmers to realize the benefits of "agricultural super-docking", which requires local government departments to strengthen organization and guidance to promote the transformation of local agricultural products to brand, intensive and characteristic planting.
