The implementation of the project is mainly three-dimensional greening and green through the lake, and the main tasks include: the greening of the left embankment of the Fudong Paihe River, the greening of the East Lake Avenue and the Zhonghu Avenue, the greening of the south bank of the East Lake and the transformation of the forest park on the north bank, and lotus planting.

The left bank of Fudong Paihe is afforested. The green area is 478000 square meters.

East Lake Avenue is 17.3km long and 30 meters wide on both sides of the shoulder. 9700 trees will be planted this winter and next spring, and 757000 square meters of flowers and plants will be covered. The embankment section of Zhonghu Avenue has a greening length of 9.7km, a greening width of 17m and a greening area of 165000 square meters.

The east and south banks of the East Lake are afforested and the forest parks on the north bank are renovated.
