Hunan Heshan Agricultural Machinery Bureau "window" to beautify high-quality service

Recently, more than a dozen farmers in Cangshuipu Town collectively drove to the Agricultural Machinery Bureau of Heshan District. In less than an hour, all of them completed the procedures for subsidizing the purchase of submersible pumps. They repeatedly praised the bureau's staff for their good service attitude and high work efficiency. This is a witness to the optimization of the work style of the Agricultural Machinery Bureau in Heshan District.

At the beginning of the year, under the guidance of practicing the scientific concept of development, Heshan Agricultural Machinery Bureau carried out quality service activities in the overall system and launched three service windows. Manage the service window of machine purchase subsidies for science and technology stocks and offices, so that the public can follow them. During the peak period in April, four working groups were arranged to accept farmers' applications for machine subsidies, setting a record for accepting more than 1000 applications in a week. Throughout the year, more than 4500 farmers went through the formalities of machine purchase subsidies. The district agricultural machinery safety supervision office decorated the brand-new tractor license hall in October, and more than 40 tractor drivers completed the tractor registration and driver's license application procedures in the hall. Heshan Agricultural Machinery School (Heshan driving School) has set up a service hall, in which students can complete the registration procedures and boarding study arrangements. The service window also implements the first inquiry responsibility, time-limited completion and other service commitment system, the implementation of polite language and civilized service, well received by the service object, and set up the image of the unit.
