The characteristic industry has achieved initial results. In 2008, the cocoon output of the whole region was 27000 piculs, the cocoon sales income of silkworm farmers was 22.779 million yuan, the income of kiwifruit was 6.8 million yuan, the income of planting under the forest was 31 million yuan, the income of follow-up industrial processing was 32.99 million yuan, and the income of eco-tourism was 236 million yuan.
