The integration of agriculture-related funds in Chengkou County of Chongqing has achieved remarkable results in promoting the construction of new countryside.

(Agricultural Wealth Network) We will establish an integrated operation mechanism for agriculture-related funds led by the government, guided by planning, based on industry, centered on overall planning and based on strong agriculture. We will work out a unified overall plan for relocation in the whole county. We will jointly solve the production and living infrastructure construction of 10560 households and 42556 people in 658 natural villages, build 41 resettlement areas, develop 43,000 mu of basic farmland, 129.7 kilometers of rural roads, and 1.02 million square meters of housing and ancillary facilities. There are 41 rural drinking water safety projects, 42,500 biogas digesters, 70,500 mu rural planting development projects, 41 stream regulation and water source protection projects, and 41 sewage and garbage centralized treatment sites. The total investment after project integration is 778 million yuan, saving 245 million yuan compared with the original sub-task planning fund of 1.023 billion yuan, with a saving rate of 23.9%.
