15000 mu ecological tea garden built in Qinglong, Guizhou
This year, Qinglong County has given key support to tea as an important industry in the adjustment of agricultural industrial structure, and plans to invest 15 million yuan to develop 15000 mu of new tea gardens in 11 townships throughout the county.
Qinglong County has unique advantages in climate and environmental resources, which is suitable for the development of high-quality products such as pollution-free tea, green food tea and organic tea. This year, in line with the principle of adjusting measures to local conditions and making steady progress, the county has formed a tea science and technology group by cadres of the county tea industry bureau, which has been implemented one by one from the aspects of site selection, planning, development, planting, shaping and pruning, water and fertilizer management, and processing, to promote standardized and standardized production technology, and actively promote the construction of tea gardens. The county plans to allocate more than 2 million yuan a year to invest in the development of the tea industry. The main objectives are: to be market-oriented, to develop high-quality green tea, to promote improved varieties of clones as a breakthrough, to cultivate high-yield, high-quality and efficient tea gardens, and to vigorously promote the production technology of organic, green, pollution-free and low agricultural residue tea on the basis of existing tea gardens, vigorously develop fine packaging, high-grade famous and high-quality tea, and improve the level of standardization and mechanization of tea processing. We will comprehensively improve the comprehensive efficiency of the tea industry and strive to build Qinglong into a national high-quality tea production base within 2015. At the same time, we should focus on the transformation of low-yield tea gardens and old tea gardens, give policy and financial support to owners and farmers, and promote the ecological transformation of low-yield tea gardens and old tea gardens. Starting from this year, the county tea garden area of 35000 mu as the basis, in sand, blue mark, Dachang, Huagong and other 11 townships to expand high-quality tea garden. More than 20, 000 mu of new tea gardens have been developed every year, reaching more than 100000 mu in 2011, including more than 70% of improved clones, more than 1/3 of high-standard tea gardens, and the total income of the tea industry has exceeded 300 million yuan. We will focus on building tea bases of more than 7 mu in seven villages and towns of Shazi, Biqian, Chicken Farm, Angu, Zima, Dachang and Huagong, build 3 tea bases of more than 2000 mu in three townships of Zhongying, Sanbao and Datian, and build more than 20 specialized tea villages. each professional village will build a tea garden of more than 1000 mu.
