(agricultural Wealth Network) in order to further strengthen the management of seed management in the county, enhance the professional level of seed operators, standardize the seed management market, and build a standardized and honest seed management service system, the Agricultural Bureau of Shiping County recently held a 2010 "two miscellaneous" seed marketing management training meeting in Xingrong Hotel.

The meeting conducted a half-day training for 82 seed operators from 9 townships in the county, focused on the knowledge of laws and regulations related to seed management, and commended 3 households of "honest and law-abiding" seed management in the county in 2009.

At the training meeting, Li Yongqiang, director of the county seed station, systematically explained the knowledge of laws and regulations, such as "seed label Management measures" and "Field Identification measures for crop seed quality disputes". The technical personnel of the county seed management station explained in detail the issues related to seed management filing, seed purchase files, sales files, and other relevant knowledge, and reported the violations of laws and regulations in seed management last year, requiring seed operators to take this as a lesson to prevent micro-growth.

The meeting was presided over by Li Hongyan, deputy director of the Bureau of Agriculture. Li Guoping, director of the County Bureau of Agriculture, attended the meeting and made an important speech entitled "Marketing Management according to Law, serving Agriculture, Countryside and Farmers in good faith." this paper reviews the seed operation and management of "two miscellaneous" in the county in 2009, analyzes the existing problems, and puts forward some suggestions on seed operation and management of "two miscellaneous" in 2010. Seed operators are required to strengthen the study of laws and regulations, effectively understand the law, abide by the law, operate legally, and win the market in good faith.

Through training, it has improved the laws, regulations and professional level of seed operators in the county, and played a positive role in standardizing the seed management market, building a standardized and honest seed management service system, and ensuring farmers' safe and secure use of seeds.
