Cameroon Cocoa / Coffee Industry Council holds Seminar in Kribi
The Cameroon Tribune reported on November 13 that from November 11th to 12th of this month, the Cameroon Cocoa / Coffee Industry Council (CICC) held a seminar in Kribi, inviting cocoa coffee growers, purchasers, processors and exporters to consult various parties mainly on the Council's development strategy and orientation, with a view to achieving closer, more harmonious, transparent and efficient cooperation among all participants in the industry.
Since the liberalization of the cocoa and coffee industry in Cameroon in the 1990s, many regulations have emerged, not only that, the Government of Cameroon has also established many institutions, such as the National Cocoa, Coffee Management Office (ONCC), the Cocoa Coffee Industry Development Fund (FODECC) and the Cocoa / Coffee Industry Council.
