U. S. soybean processing increased to 155.262 million bushels in October
According to the National oilseed processors Association, U.S. soybean processing volume in October was 155.262 million bushels, up from 107.379 million bushels in September and higher than analysts' forecasts of 139.1 million bushels.
The launch of the new soybean harvest improved the supply of oil soybeans, thus speeding up the pace of soybean processing in October, while soybean processing profits were also good.
U.S. soybean oil stocks stood at 2.286 billion pounds at the end of October, up from 2.261 billion pounds at the end of September and above analysts' forecasts of 2.248 billion pounds.
