Thailand seedling trade association and related industries are invited to visit the field, hoping to combine Taiwan's seedling industry research and development capacity with Thailand's channel advantages to match the seedling industry of Taiwan and Thailand to seek business opportunities, create a win-win situation for the seedling industry of Taiwan and Thailand, and establish a new mode of transnational cooperation.

The Council of Agriculture says that Taiwan's vegetable seed industry has long been committed to the development of hybrid varieties, especially in tropical vegetables such as tomatoes, cauliflower, peppers and squash. The varieties developed are of high quality, high yield and uniformity, and are very suitable for cultivation in the countries of the New South. Moreover, in recent years, the economies of the countries of the New South have continued to grow, and the demand for high-quality vegetable varieties has increased. It is an emerging market for seeds and seedlings that cannot be ignored in Taiwan. In order to assist Taiwan's seedling industry in developing transnational markets, the Council of Agriculture worked with Asian Vegetable-World Vegetable Center and Taiwan Seedling Improvement Association to quickly screen recommended varieties suitable for Thai consumers and with high market acceptance, assisted eight domestic seedling companies to conduct trial planting directly in Thailand, and invited members of Thailand Seedling Trade Association and local operators to conduct field observation.
