Bind the gallbladder with cotton thread, rinse clean with disinfectant, remove it with a clip and soak it in medicinal alcohol for 2-5 minutes, then hang it in a dry place and dry it in the shade. After the temperature is less than 20 ℃, cut off the broken membrane and remove the gallbladder with sterilized scissors, remove the crystal with surgical forceps, or pack 50 grams of biliary membrane into a bottle with a purity of more than 90%, and place it in a cool, ventilated and dark place.
