1. In strain cultivation, it is necessary to establish the consciousness of generation-by-generation domestication, and the selection of high-yield strain cultivation can better increase the income; at the same time, if the original seed is cultivated directly according to the inoculation operation of the cultivation bag, it will reduce the degree of sterility and produce miscellaneous bacterial infection. If the infection of miscellaneous bacteria can no longer be identified and the contaminated strains are not removed in time, the planted strains will be infected in a large area in the later stage of edible fungus growth, resulting in the failure of edible fungus cultivation and economic loss.
2. Blindly increase the culture medium nutrients in the cultivation of edible fungi: sometimes, some growers simply think that increasing the nutrition of culture materials can achieve the purpose of high yield of edible fungi, and greatly increase the content of matrix such as corn meal in the culture materials. But do not know, this will cause the phenomenon of excessive growth of hyphae, edible fungi only grow hyphae but it is difficult to form mushroom buds, resulting in a decline in production.
3, do not pay attention to ingredient mixing, fertilizer distribution is uneven: in the allocation of edible fungus cultivation fertilizer, for convenience, some people say that a handful of fertilizer is simply sprinkled into the ingredients. However, it is not known that because the fertilizer is granular, it often fails to dissolve immediately, resulting in uneven fertilizer distribution and affecting the growth of bacteria.
4. 5. Neglect of management after inoculation: some mushroom farmers think that they have done a good job after completing the inoculation of edible fungi, and that they can let the hyphae grow on their own without too much management, but they do not know that this idea is very wrong. At the initial stage of inoculation, the indoor temperature is relatively low, and it will also cause poplar acidification if it is easy to breed miscellaneous bacteria.
