After simple processing, some abandoned things in rural areas can be used as feed additives to feed livestock and poultry, which can not only improve economic benefits, but also reduce environmental pollution, which can be said to kill two birds with one stone.

Eggshell: eggshell contains 94% calcium carbonate, 1% magnesium carbonate and 5% protein. The processing method is as follows: the eggshell is washed with clean water, boiled in boiling water for half an hour, then dried or dried, and then crushed into powder, which is the high-quality mineral feed for livestock and poultry, which is mixed into the feed in the proportion of 1% / 2% of pig diet, 0.5% / 1% of cattle and sheep diet and 3% / 4% of laying hen diet.

Bombyx mori: per kilogram of silkworm sand (silkworm dung) contains 85 grams of digestible protein and 15.15 kilojoules of heat. Therefore, it is faster and cheaper to feed pigs with silkworm sand than with single feed. The processing method is also simple, as long as the silkworm sand is dried and crushed, soaked in water for 2 hours, and then softened, the silkworm sand is fed in the feed at the proportion of 10% of piglet diet, 15% of shelf pig and 20% of big pig.

Rabbit dung: dried rabbit dung contains 18.7% crude protein, 43% fat, 2% ash and so on. There are three methods to feed pigs with rabbit dung: 1. After drying and crushing the rabbit dung, it is mixed into the feed according to a certain proportion. (2) the sun-dried rabbit feces were soaked in water, softened and mixed into the feed. 3. Mix the fresh rabbit dung of the day into the feed. The piglets are fed 0.2 kg per day and the shelf pigs are fed 3 kg per day.

Miscellaneous bones: miscellaneous bones are rich in calcium and phosphorus, which is a high-quality mineral feed for livestock and poultry. When processing, put all kinds of animal bones into the pot, add plant ash water (2.5 kg of plant ash per kilogram of water) to boil, scoop out the oil slick and bone glue, and constantly add plant ash water, until there is almost no oil on the water surface, remove the bones and dry them, smash them into small pieces and then crush and sift them, that is, bone powder. When used, add it to the feed according to the required amount of livestock and poultry and mix it well.

Corncob: corncob contains 2.2% crude protein, 0.9% crude fat, 29.7% crude fiber, as well as minerals, vitamins and trace elements. During processing, it can be dried and crushed into powder. Before feeding, soak the pig diet in a ratio of 5% to 8% of the pig diet, soften it, and then mix it into the feed.

Peanut shell: peanut shell contains fat, starch, sugar, minerals, vitamins and so on. Crushing it during processing, mixing it into wheat bran and concentrate in the proportion of 10%, feeding chickens as an additive can increase the laying rate by 20%.
