"artificial computer" automatic sericulture machine Gaoping came out

China's first intelligent automatic sericulture machine was successfully developed in Gaoping a few days ago. The reporter learned from the Municipal spinning Office on the 4th that the technology, which has applied for a national invention patent, will fill the gap in China's sericulture industry. Hu Zuozhong, director of the facilities and Machinery Research Office of the National sericulture Industry Technology Center, commented on this. This invention has explored a scientific way to improve the comparative efficiency of sericulture labor force.

This automatic sericulture machine, developed by Nanchong pioneering Science and Technology Development Company, overcomes the shortcomings of traditional sericulture, such as manual operation, high labor intensity, low labor efficiency and so on. The intelligent automatic sericulture machine operated by "artificial computer" has the characteristics of adapting the growth of silkworm to the environment under different climatic conditions. it automatically gives mulberry, disinfection, sand removal and cluster in the process of sericulture. Calculations show that using this machine to raise silkworms, one labor force can raise 10 sheets of small silkworms and 100 sheets of large silkworms. In the traditional sericulture method, one labor force raises at most two sheets of paper silkworms. The comparative benefit of labor force shows that a labor force of traditional sericulture can only earn 30 or 40 yuan a day, while a labor force of automatic sericulture can earn more than 230 yuan a day.
