Every year, Zhou Weiguo employs experts and technical personnel in vegetable cultivation, plant protection, soil and fertilizer from provinces, cities and counties to give lectures in the village, issue scientific and technological materials, play scientific and technological videos and CDs, and set up popular science schools. set up a popular science book reading room, purchase televisions and CD players, buy more than 1500 popular science books and more than 100 CDs, install set-top boxes, and develop distance education. The one-time investment in the plastic greenhouse is relatively large, and it is labor-consuming and time-consuming. The company has opened six sales departments of means of production, including bamboo poles, plastic sheeting, fertilizers, pesticides, chemical fertilizers and seeds. Farmers can buy all the materials needed to build the greenhouse without going out of the village. and can enjoy preferential prices, this alone enables the company members to save more than 600,000 yuan. In order to solve the problem of selling vegetables, the company organized a group of salesmen to go to Zhengzhou, Luoyang, Xinyang, Wuhan and other places to look for information and lead a large number of non-local businessmen to the village vegetable wholesale market. As the company can provide farmers with prenatal, mid-production, post-natal and other quality services, greenhouse vegetables are developing rapidly. In 1996, the number of greenhouses in the village reached more than 200, with an average of one greenhouse per house. in 1998, the total number of greenhouses in the village reached more than 700, with an average of one mu of greenhouses per person, and the vegetable area reached more than 80% of the village's arable land, making it a veritable vegetable professional village. In order to ensure the quantity of vegetables, the company expanded its membership to other villages, villages and counties, and enjoyed the same preferential conditions as those in this village. by 2004, the company had more than 4000 members. With the continuous expansion of planting scale, melon and fruit products are unbalanced, resulting in a large difference in vegetable prices. Zhou Weiguo also focused on improving the quality of vegetables. Now in Xinzhuang Village, every family lives in a small building, and the furnishings of household goods are no worse than those of the people in the county, and the villagers have more than 30 cars, and the whole village has lived a well-off life.

Up to now, the area of greenhouse vegetables planted in the village has reached 950 mu, accounting for more than 80% of the total arable land in the village. the village has the largest vegetable wholesale market in northern Henan, with an annual transaction volume of more than 50 million yuan. the products are sold to more than 20 large and medium-sized cities across the country, only greenhouse vegetable production and market transactions, farmers' annual per capita income reached 11000 yuan, becoming a well-known rich village.
