Yi Zhengzhong, a 45-year-old farmer, and his wife Zhang Qingping are busy on the hill. While they are feeding the swaying and clumsy Wanxi white geese, they also organize their families to catch native chickens that only look like "elves" for external sale. Speaking of their "getting Rich Sutra", the tanned farmer Yi Zhengzhong was particularly excited. He said confidently: "I have released 22000 farm chickens this year. Now I have 32000 in stock, and the annual output value will exceed 10 million yuan. It should not be a problem for my family to earn 500000 yuan this year."

Business types are diversified, involving grain and oil, vegetables, tea, traditional Chinese medicine, livestock and poultry, aquatic products, leisure agriculture and other fields. Among them, there are 486 planting households, 251 aquaculture households and 49 other agricultural services. The operation scale has expanded, with an average planting scale of 260mu and a breeding scale of 1200. The operating strength has improved, with an average registered capital of 200000 yuan per household. The number of employees is stable, with an average of 3.6 employees per household.

The way of development such as Zhongping Family Farm is in the ascendant all over the city. Maotanchang Town, Jin'an District, regards the family farm as an important means to increase farmers' income and achieve farmers' prosperity under the new situation. The town has developed 15 family farms, involving Camellia oleifera and other industries, establishing an industrial base of more than 7500 mu. Shiqiao Town has taken effective measures to actively guide the masses to concentrate on local scattered land for continuous development, focus on cultivating family farms, and have achieved remarkable results in increasing farmers' income. the town now has 15 family farms and 8600 mu of transferred land. Huoshan County Xiuwu special breeding family farm, comprehensive cultivation of leeches, lobsters and other special aquatic products, the base developed to 140mu, with a net income of more than 100000 yuan last year.

Family farm is the basis of modern agricultural industrialization development, but family farm is affected by capital, technology, scale and other factors, its scale, industrialization degree is difficult to in-depth and sustainable development. From 2015, the city, county and district finance will include the funds for the cultivation and development of family farms in the budget, allocate 3 million yuan at the municipal level, and increase the budget year by year according to the development situation. Guide family farms to strengthen the quality and safety of agricultural products.
