From the beginning of raising three pigs, he adopted the method of snowballing and accumulated little by little. by asking experts, learning farmers, reading books, and hiring teachers, Li Yajun knew nothing from the beginning, and slowly accumulated and summed up a lot of breeding experience. With science and technology, he overcame one difficult problem after another in the breeding process and stabilized his breeding career. In 2008, it was expanded to a pig house covering an area of more than 10 mu and more than 3000 square meters. And set up its own Agriculture and Animal Husbandry Development Co., Ltd., by adopting the company-style management model, make its breeding process more scientific and standardized, and the breeding efficiency is also rising.

Li Yajun, who successfully became rich, in order to systematically and systematically help more pig farmers, registered the Xinyu Pig raising Professional Cooperative in 2012, growing from a few people at the beginning to more than 20 households now, implementing five unified technical services for pig farmers. from the source of production to after-sales service to help the villagers, leading everyone to common prosperity.

However, if there are more pigs in the village, there will naturally be more pig manure, so Li Yajun can't stop thinking. He said, "in order to become bigger and stronger in the agricultural and animal husbandry industry in the future, we must make use of the better development of the local aquaculture industry, sufficient farm manure, and the advantage of being close to Beijing to develop organic and green miscellaneous grain production and develop into green circular agriculture."

As a result, in 2015, Li Yajun took the lead in establishing the Xiye Agricultural products supply and Marketing Cooperative. At present, the cooperative has a total of more than 50 members to grow organic millet through the cooperative management model of "cooperatives and farmers." in order to guide farmers in the village to select high-quality and high-yield varieties and advanced applicable technologies, effectively improve the application rate of agricultural technology, and promote grain production and farmers' income. After various investigations, Li Yajun and the members selected the best varieties and the most suitable taste of millet to carry out planting experiments. And more than 200 mu of millet, all use farm organic fertilizer, the growth is very good. At present, their organic miscellaneous grain processing plants are also beginning to take shape, and the industrial chain of cooperatives will be expanded to produce, process and sell one-stop services.

Hard work must be rewarded. Li Yajun raised pigs and made a fortune, but he did not forget to report to his hometown when he got rich. He personally led the villagers to the way of raising and enriching the people, and made him a veritable leader who relied on science to get rich.
