Pan Guanghua was not discouraged because he found that the peach trees planted and several vegetables covered with cactus fields had not been washed away, giving him the hope of planting on the rocky mountains.

"Peach trees and cacti have well-developed roots, which can well preserve soil erosion." Pan Guanghua, who found experience in his failure, began to plant cactus and peach trees on a large scale, as well as pumpkin, cabbage and chili peppers in the middle.

"now I use the income of vegetables to ensure the operation of the entire base, although there is no profit to speak of, but when Xiantao and peaches enter the high-yield period, I will have money to make." Pan Guanghua said that now he is most happy to find a way to interplant vegetables, peach trees and cactus on the stone mountain, which is of great help to the control of rocky desertification.

Pan Guanghua said that his planting base spends about 200000 yuan on labor services every year.
