In September 2013, Kong Weiling, after graduating from university, came to Shuanglong Community, Shishugang Township, Feixi County, where she worked as an assistant to the community director and became a university student village official. After fully investigating the market, Kong Weiling found that planting seedlings is expected to change the status quo in the village. However, the huge capital investment, the lack of planting experience and the uncertainty of sales channels have made many villagers back down. With a sense of aggressiveness, she decided to take this step first and "do the experiment" herself. So in early November 2013, Kong Weiling signed up for the Ministry of Agriculture Sunshine Project Rural Youth Agricultural Entrepreneurship training course to learn entrepreneurial experience and planting methods. At the same time, he actively communicated with the villagers and finally contracted more than 40 mu of land at a price of more than 500 yuan per mu.

The hardship of starting a business can be imagined, especially for Kong Weiling, a layman who grows seedlings. Go to the nursery stock market to collect quotations, learn planting techniques everywhere, borrow money everywhere. The entrepreneurial park, called "Hefei Weilin Landscape Co., Ltd.", was officially established, which solved the employment problem of 30 surrounding farmers. For future development, Kong Weiling has a greater plan: "prepare to establish cooperatives and gradually explore and improve the new facility agricultural development road of 'cooperatives + farmers + direct marketing points'." At present, the second phase of the Entrepreneurship Park has transferred more than 120 mu of land to expand the planting scale and drive more farmers to become rich and well-off.
