"Big cities have the development opportunities of big cities, small towns have the advantages of small towns, and rural areas have more unexpected room for development." On October 8, Zhang Tieying, general manager of Gansu Yuntong Agricultural and sideline products Trading Co., Ltd., while loading bacteria, told reporters about his entrepreneurial experience.

Zhang Tieying, a girl from Tangshan, was originally a senior white-collar worker in Beijing, the capital. She lived a petty bourgeoisie life that everyone envied, and saw that all her friends were doing what she liked-"I can't just go on living like this all my life!" After making up her mind, Zhang Tieying resigned to go into business. In the struggle, Zhang Tieying met Wang Yun with the same dream. After getting married, Zhang Tieying followed Wang Yun to Wanjiadun Village, Changan Town, Ganzhou District.

After a period of understanding, Zhang Tieying found that the family had no resources to use except land. In 2007, Zhang Tieying and his wife built a pigsty in a greenhouse at home and began to raise pigs. by chance, they saw an introduction about Pleurotus ostreatus on TV. Pleurotus ostreatus can be made into cold and hot dishes, and it can also be dried and sold in the sun. The most important thing is that cow dung, wheat straw and straw at home can be used as fungus material. Seeing here, Zhang Tieying and his wife feel that being a bisporus mushroom is a good way to get rich. At the end of 2007, Zhang Tieying and his wife raised money to build 14 solar greenhouses and planted Pleurotus ostreatus.

After two years of cultivation, the cultivation of Pleurotus ostreatus has brought considerable economic benefits. But soon also exposed the drawbacks, due to the greenhouse overheated in summer, too cold in winter, the temperature is difficult to control, resulting in Pleurotus ostreatus can not grow well, the economic benefit is not very high. In 2009, after multi-party inspection, Zhang Tieying and his wife pulled down the greenhouse and built 12 high-standard factory workshops for the production of Pleurotus ostreatus. The standardized production workshop quickly brought economic benefits. Three crops a year, Zhang Tieying and his wife earned 210000 yuan in one shed of Pleurotus ostreatus, bringing a net income of 1.68 million yuan a year. Soon, Zhang Tieying's successful trial planting attracted the attention of the farmers around her. Everyone said that Zhang Tieying and his wife grew bisporal mushrooms together to get rich. In the face of the villagers' advice, Zhang Tieying and his wife took great pains to provide guidance and help, setting off an upsurge of entrepreneurship in the area.
