Yang Xinci was originally from Maoping Village, Yichongqiao Township, Cili County, aged 45. He enlisted in the army in 1989 with the ambition to defend his motherland and returned to the field in 1992. After retirement, he, like other young people, entered the industry of migrant workers with the dream of becoming rich. After that, he contracted rock fields, entered brick yards, contracted thermal power plants, engaged in dilapidated housing reconstruction and other engineering projects, among which he also made the first bucket of gold in his life.
