At the beginning of his business, Song Xiaolan mobilized 3 agricultural self-employed households to join in order to enlarge the ecological vegetable planting project, established Dong Yunba Vegetable and Fruit Professional Cooperative, agricultural experts and surrounding "landless" farmers also joined the cooperative, raising more than 1 million yuan in total.

Two months later, the partners saw that the fields were still deserted, the farmers were still beating the hard land, and they played the "retreat drum". The three partners unanimously decided to withdraw from the project cooperation and decided to lend Song Xiaolan the funds invested in the early stage in the form of arrears. 1000 mu of land can not be hit in the hand, Song Xiaolan took on more than 1000 mu of ecological vegetable planting task.

"If you don't grow vegetables, we don't have to owe our relatives and friends." Song Xiaolan's entrepreneurial dream was opposed by her husband. Song Xiaolan did not care to stop rolling up her sleeves and trouser legs. She had never done farm work before, but also learned to raise seedlings, weed, apply fertilizer... and often stayed up late to learn from agricultural experts, step by step to become a new type of farmer with culture, technology, management and high quality.

Slowly, Song Xiaolan will plant vegetables directly to the city's major farmers 'markets, large supermarkets, green vegetables are loved by consumers, often in short supply, looking for her to negotiate vegetables more and more customers.

Song Xiaolan asked villagers to help take care of vegetables with a daily labor fee of 60 yuan, so that villagers could find jobs at their doorstep.

Ecological vegetables sell well and are widely favored by customers. Nearby villagers came to ask for new technology. Song Xiaolan and agricultural experts of the cooperative volunteered to teach the villagers technology to go deep into the field for training, so that the villagers could master modern agricultural technology. Under her influence, the club absorbed more than 200 members. "Great changes have taken place in the village. Ten thousand mu of land has been leveled, steel greenhouses have been erected, and traffic conditions have been improved." Villagers are willing to follow the maker Song Xiaolan.

"In the next five years, the cooperative will expand the scale of planting and production, form an industrial chain, put our green agricultural products on the national market, and make Jiangyang vegetables famous all over the country."
