Wang Guihua: never forget your neighbors when you get rich
The advanced individual of national urban and rural women's post, the science popularization leader of provincial science popularization plan, rural women's "double learning and double comparison" female champion... The person with these "titles" is Wang Guihua, the ordinary villager of Yixin Village, Tiechang Town, Erdaojiang District (Erdaojiang District) and president of Women's Edible Fungi Association of Erdaojiang District. Although she experienced many ups and downs, her hard work and sweat gave her the fruits of hope and realized her own life value.
With the strong support of the local party committee and government, Wang Guihua established Erdaojiang District Women's Edible Fungi Association and Guihua Edible Fungi Planting Co., Ltd., adopting a new production and operation mode of "company + association + farmer + base" to realize the integration of "production, supply and marketing." Due to the strong driving ability of the Association, the Party Branch of Edible Fungi Association was approved by the local Party Committee; because the Association made outstanding achievements in the process of popularizing science and benefiting agriculture, it was named as Science Popularization and Benefiting Agriculture Service Station by the Municipal Science Association, and Wang Guihua was also employed as a member of Rural Practical Technology Expert Service Group of Tonghua City by the Municipal Science Association. At present, Wang Guihua has two production bases and one cultivation base, covering an area of more than 30,000 square meters. It has become a multifunctional base specialized in the development of edible mushroom cultivation technology, strain breeding demonstration and application promotion, and primary processing and sales. The product sales cover more than ten provinces and cities, and are exported to Korea, Japan and other places. The membership has grown to more than 3600 households, and the economic benefits of members are more than 30% higher than those of ordinary farmers.
Although Wang Guihua is rich, she does not forget the villagers. In order to help the villagers learn the cultivation techniques of edible fungi such as Auricularia auricula, mushroom and mushroom, she wrote her accumulated experience for many years into pamphlets and gave them to growers free of charge. The whole cultivation process was followed up and guided free of charge. She also subscribed to popular science books and video materials on edible mushroom cultivation technology at her own expense. In case of problems, she asked experts to hold training classes at her own expense to help farmers answer questions and guide them. She managed the "science popularization and benefit agriculture service station", realized the network sales, dissemination of science popularization knowledge and market information dynamics, etc., changed the rural information shortage situation. She insisted on introducing and developing new varieties, eliminating inferior varieties, realizing a new situation of benefit sharing, developing one family and becoming rich.
