More than 10 years ago, Wuliang Village, Shuangtu Town, Yunyang County, Chongqing was once the poorest mountain village in Yunyang County, with an annual per capita income of less than 300 yuan. At present, on Wuliang Mountain, which is more than 1000 meters above sea level, pear trees are everywhere. Villagers have tasted the "sweet taste" of planting pear trees one after another. The per capita income is more than 5000 yuan. Every household has built a small foreign-style building. All this is because Yang Dake, who graduated from Sichuan University, put down his work in the city and returned to the village to lead the villagers to become rich and start a business. In 2006, this high-quality student was named "Top Ten People Touched by Chongqing."

Yang Dake was not the first college student in the village, but the first to give up his job in the city and return to the village to start a business.

In 1999, Yang Dake graduated from the Department of Applied Electronics of Sichuan University and was hired by a communication company in Chengdu. Going out of the mountains and jumping out of the "farm gate" is a lifelong dream of many mountain children. Just when his family was happy that he could take root in the city, Yang Dake decided to quit his job and return to his hometown to start a business.

Yang Dake went to Chengdu Longquanyi many times to play. The characteristic sightseeing agriculture there opened his eyes. He remembered what his grandfather had said: the poorer and more backward a place was, the more technology and talent it needed. Grandpa, who graduated from the Department of Agriculture of Wuhan University before liberation, planted pear trees in his hometown. Up to now, there are dozens of mu of pear gardens in his home. Now that the national policy is so good, why not go back to your hometown and do something?

Yang Dake returned to his hometown when farmers, gossip suddenly everywhere. Yang Dake ignored it. During the day, he and his parents went up the mountain to open up wasteland, weed and nest; at night, he taught himself pear planting techniques with books in his arms. A month later, the barren slope behind the mountain was reclaimed. Yang Dake dragged his father, borrowed more than 50,000 yuan from relatives and friends, traveled to more than ten provinces and cities such as Hunan, Beijing and Jilin, introduced more than 300 pear varieties, and was determined to give it a try.

In 2003, the pear tree planting in Wuliang Village took shape, covering an area of 2000 mu, and fruit wholesalers lined up to buy it.

In 2005, Yang Dake registered Wuliang Mountain's first brand "Dake Brand" Crystal Pear, and also established Yunyang County Crystal Pear Professional Cooperative, calling on villagers to join.

In July 2006, Yang Dake's first thing to join the Party was to teach planting technology to villagers. Yang Dake initiated the establishment of Yunyang County Big Fruit Crystal Pear Professional Cooperative, signed cooperation agreements with nearby villagers in the form of survival, technology and recycling, and led villagers to become rich.

Today, Yang Dake is now president of the Federation of Rural Cooperative Economic Organizations in Yunyang County. "The village has developed well in recent years!" Yang Dake said, Yunyang County big fruit crystal pear professional cooperative has driven 476 villagers to develop pear trees, Wuliang Mountain from the initial 288 mu pear tree land, developed into 32000 mu orchard land, annual sales of more than 12 million yuan.

Last year, the Federation of Rural Cooperative Economic Organizations of Yunyang County was established, setting up a platform for farmers to share resources and information.
