So, what kind of thinking should be used to develop modern agriculture? In the context of falling grain prices and difficulties in agricultural management, how can agriculture break the situation and make profits?

The first way out: the industrial opportunity of market + policy

Agricultural selection industry is very important. Especially for people who have just entered agriculture, it is very important to choose which industrial projects to choose. It should be combined not only with the local climate, soil hydrology, but more importantly, market supply and demand, but also with relevant national and regional policies. This means that the agricultural industry will have the following opportunities to make profits in the future:

Opportunity 1: the market is decisive. The future industrial development does not depend on what other people plant (raise), but precisely the unique category will have an advantage, or the products that form a unique brand will have a bigger market.

Opportunity 2: policy encouragement. There are two situations when the state issues policies, one is to adjust the balance between supply and demand, and the other is conducive to the all-round promotion of modern agriculture. In other words, the more policy support and subsidy funds are available for such projects.

The second way out: the opportunity of upgrading traditional agriculture

Since 2013, agricultural reform has begun. In the past two years, there are mainly two aspects of agricultural reform, one is the upgrading of traditional agriculture, the integration of primary, secondary and tertiary industries to enhance agricultural profitability, and the other is the entry of the Internet into agriculture, giving rise to a market worth trillion yuan.

Opportunity 1: creative leisure agriculture. The most common kind of three-industry integration of leisure agriculture, engaged in a lot of people, but often many people work to find that leisure agriculture is very difficult to make money. Because the profit point of leisure agriculture does not lie in leisure, but in creativity. Profit model + creative design is the money-making point that leisure agriculture really attracts people.

Opportunity 2: e-commerce of agricultural products. E-commerce for agricultural products is not simply to sell products through the network, but to emphasize the personalization and uniqueness of products, which is the most important feature of Internet e-commerce. In other words, whose products are more unique, the more able to stand out, which gives agricultural brands a lot of imagination.

The third way out: the opportunity of "organizing groups" to promote development.

Many people transfer land, hire farmers, engage in production and industry, which seems to rise in the wind and water. But often the peasants do not work hard, and sometimes they may make trouble. And policies often don't give priority to you. Why? Because what the state encourages is to drive the surrounding farmers to get rich together!

Opportunity 1: cooperatives will receive more support. As the main body of a new type of agricultural management, cooperatives have been playing an important role in driving farmers to become rich. The state will introduce more policies in the future to vigorously encourage the development of cooperatives, including taxes, subsidies and other benefits.

Opportunity 2: the form of "enterprise + peasant household" is more favored by the policy. As an agricultural enterprise, the business model of "enterprise + peasant household" is undoubtedly more beneficial to how to deal with farmers and how to get government support and subsidy funds more advantageous.
