This has always been what Xu Rong, a post-80s generation who quit a high-paying job and chose to go home to start a business, often said to himself. Since he quit his job in 2009 and returned to his hometown to start a business, he encountered setbacks. In the end, with his tenacity of "persistence", he finally got what he wanted and made his business successful.

Speaking of the initial idea of going home and starting a business, Xu Rong, a post-80s generation, said that he was originally from Huangjinggou in Neijiang, Weiyuan, and studied biology in college. During his internship in 2007, he applied for a job in a large breeder company.

During his internship at that time, Xu Rong used microorganisms to ferment chicken manure to get organic fertilizer, which could reduce farming pollution and turn waste into treasure. Finally, the successful research and development of fertilizer was applied to the field of high-quality vegetable cultivation. And it is precisely the inspiration in the process of research and development that Xu Rong has since sprouted the idea of combining planting and aquaculture organically and taking the circulation mode of planting and breeding.

In 2009, in order to complete his idea, Xu Rong resolutely gave up the high-paying job he had already implemented, resigned and returned to his hometown to start his own business.

It's not plain sailing. How many setbacks have you encountered?

After Xu Rong returned to his hometown, he began a comprehensive investigation, and finally he decided to raise native chickens, and at this time he encountered the first difficulty in the process of starting a business. As he is a former entrepreneur and a recent college graduate, he does not have sufficient funds. In order to solve this problem, he visited in many ways, and finally he found an abandoned house in Molin, Zigong Rong County, and finally decided to use it to raise chickens. However, due to the dilapidated and rainy houses, coupled with the damp and cold mountains, Xu Rong really realized the difficulty of "taking the sky as the cover and the earth as the mat".

"there are always a lot of difficulties and hardships in life, but fortunately there are dreams to accompany us all the time." Xu Rong said that those days were hard and extremely hard, but he felt very happy because his life was full and everything in front of him was with dreams and expectations. However, although Xu Rong put a lot of effort into his own business, and finally looked forward to the growth of his first batch of chickens, because of his low social recognition, high price, and his lack of social experience, his first venture finally failed.

Set out again, innovate the mode of breeding and finally find the way to get rich.

The failure of the first venture broke Xu Rong's "dream", but he did not give up. In 2010, after Xu Rong reorganized and reflected, he decided to start all over again. This time, he explored a new way-to sign a contract with farmers, he provided the chicken seedlings, and when the chickens grew up, he guaranteed the price. Xu Rong didn't make any money this year, but he began to explore a new way from then on.

By 2011, with more and more farmers, Xu Rong began to develop a model of "leading the small by the big and managing the small by the big" and set up poultry cooperatives to manage farmers with a pyramid-like management structure. And began to cooperate with large supermarkets in Mianyang, Chengdu, Chongqing, Luzhou and other places, sales began to grow steadily.

With the expansion of the scale, Xu Rong returned to Yantai Village, Huangjinggou Town, his hometown, raised more than 100000 yuan, contracted 280mu of barren mountains, began to plant loquat trees and peach trees, and raised native chickens under the forest, established his own base and started a real cycle model. And also developed a reasonable breeding method, save the cost, but also improve the quality of the product.

It is understood that in recent years, according to the industrial development model of "company + base + peasant household", we have adopted the whole-process service measures of "six unification" (unified seed supply, unified epidemic prevention, unified feed formula, unified breeding model, unified brand, unified sales). Xu Rong led farmers in mountainous areas to make use of hillsides, orchards, woodlands and barren beaches to establish natural breeding parks for standardized, large-scale and intensive farming of native chickens. The production of high-quality native chicken and native eggs have been well received by the market. Xu Rong also cooperates with large restaurants, and now the annual sales of his products have exceeded 5 million yuan.

"in this process, for me, the most important thing is persistence. Keep working hard and keep dreaming. In the end, even if you can't achieve the desired success, you can certainly learn a lot from this process. " Xu Rong said so. Now, his original dream has come true, and now he has a new dream, that is, to make his brand native chicken realize industrialization development, let the small native chicken fly on the branches, and become a dazzling pearl of Neijiang in the future.
