In 2002, when Li Yafen saw that Hari Baoleng Village was close to national highways and provincial highways, he thought to himself that planting land alone would not lead to great success, but what should he do? Li Yafen, who is very observant and resolute in decision-making, came up with the idea of buying grain. In this way, she ventured to the nearby village and began to buy miscellaneous grains and beans. How to choose miscellaneous grains and beans and how to buy them became the most discussed topics between her and the grain collection broker at that time. In 2003, Li Yafen rented a grain drying equipment in Huanghuashan Town to buy corn for Liaoning University Company. In that year, he bought 720 tons of corn, with an income of more than 100,000 yuan. The contract of 1100 mu of hillside land in this village and several nearby villages was signed at the price of 50 yuan per mu, and the millet series of "Zhang Zagu" was planted. In the case of spring drought and autumn hoisting, the yield was still 250kg per mu, with a total output of 275000 kg.

After a full investigation of the market, she made a concerted effort to win the authorized agent of the "Zhang Zagu" series of hybrid grain seeds produced by Zhangjiakou Xuan Tian Agricultural Technology Co., Ltd., and set up a survey agricultural material sales network in Lubei Town. Invested 750000 yuan to buy the "Zhang Zagu" series of seeds, registered and established an innovative grain planting cooperative. The co-operative has just been established, and she has stepped up publicity while raising funds everywhere. In the continuous attempt to explore, so that the advanced technology has been widely promoted. Yang Cheng, a villager in Pigeon Mountain Village, is the first demonstration household built by Li Yafen. This year, Yang Cheng began to plant 80 mu of "Zhang Zagu" millet. During the important period of management, she drove to a piece of land and went to a field for personal guidance. After autumn, Yang Cheng pulled his finger and calculated an account that 80 mu produced 350kg per mu, with a total output of nearly 30,000kg. Calculated at the market price of 1.60 yuan, her income was nearly 100000 yuan, which is much more cost-effective than planting big bract rice! The rich income makes the Yang Cheng family smile from ear to ear. Yang Cheng said to everyone: "it was Li Yafen who led us to knock on the door to get rich and embarked on the road to getting rich!"

In order to make the millet planting industry bigger and stronger, she took "civilian-run people and manage people's income" as the purpose, and provided farmers with the service of "signing contracts in spring, providing seed and chemical fertilizer, and recycling at high market prices in autumn," thus simplifying the procedures. Implement the four unified model of "unified production management, unified seed supply and fertilizer supply, unified brand packaging, unified product purchase and marketing". Dozens of operating rules such as cooperative articles of association, supervision and implementation regulations and systems have been formulated successively. This year, she spent more than 30,000 yuan on "brainwashing" training for farmers and distributed tens of thousands of copies of "Zhang Zagu Technology."

"Millet cultivation must be on a large scale in order to make a profit; without a large scale, farming can only solve the problem of food and clothing, and we have to work hard in many ways if we want to make money." Talking about his own planting experience, Li Yafen said, "the next step is to set up a rice processing plant to carry out deep processing, brew millet into yellow rice wine, and closely connect farmers with cooperatives through orders and other means, so that farmers no longer have to worry about selling. Li Yafen contacted merchants in many ways to help growers find a market, focusing on helping villagers who have difficulties in self-sale to sell at a good price as much as possible. Last year, Li Changlin contracted 1800 mu of dry land in Erigetu Gacha and planted "Zhang Zagu" millet. Li Yafen personally drove to Erigetu to guide him and hired his boss to buy it from Tianshan. More than 200,000 kilograms of millet sold more than 1.2 million yuan at a price of 6 yuan per kilogram, with a net income of more than 500,000 yuan. According to members of the cooperative, more than 500 tons of corn, sorghum, millet and other grain were sold through contact with Li Yafen.

A heavy ear of grain is full of Li Yafen's deep affection. Her cooperative looks far away, makes every effort to build a green brand, and moves towards the broad road of increasing income and becoming rich in the fields of bumper harvest.
