Last Updated: 2024/11/06, Shangzhang Shanyin Village: fungus becomes the "black gold" for farmers to get rich.

At present, in Shanyin Village, Shangzhang Township, our county, the black fungus planted at the end of September this year coincides with the first round of harvest. The villagers' mobile phones kept ringing, and before November, vegetable operators in the central vegetable market in the county, Panan, Jingning and other places had already called to ask when the black fungus could be harvested this year.

"because our black fungus is of good quality, the price is right, and the taste is refreshing, after working together for a year last year, they came to us on their own initiative, like the operators on the other side of Panan as long as we have this side. However, due to the influence of the weather, this year's harvest is not nearly as good as last year. " Zhou Yuanquan, the old secretary of the village, said helplessly. Auricularia auricula, whose output has dropped sharply this year, is a great worry for the villagers.

Even so, the enthusiasm of the villagers in Shanyin Village is still high. "even if the harvest is bad this year, we will not give up planting black fungus." Wait for Professor Chen to come and help us find out the problem this year, and then double the money next year. " Villagers said one after another. In their eyes, black fungus is the "black gold" to get rich.

From raising fish in rice fields to planting black fungus in rice fields

Shangzhang Township is a mountain township with nine mountains and half water and half divided fields. The villagers of Shanyin Village depend on the mountains and retain the natural law of spring ploughing and autumn harvest. Under the guidance of the government, Shanyin Village chose ecological agriculture as a breakthrough for farmers to get rich. Vigorously develop eco-agricultural varieties in line with the reality of the village, paddy fields raise soft-shelled turtles, alpine bayberry, chestnuts, organic rice, peaches, pears, seeds. Melons and fruits are fragrant here all the year round, and the industries for farmers to get rich and increase their income are becoming more and more abundant with the guidance of science and technology, and a road of sustainable development of agriculture with mountain characteristics is booming.

Since 2013, the village of Shanyin has changed, and the bare rice fields have disappeared, replaced by sections of black fungus embedded in the ground.

It turns out that since 2013, Shanyin Village, as the third batch of new rural construction science and technology demonstration villages at the provincial level, began to take "ecological edible fungus cycle industry chain construction demonstration and promotion" as the village's main science and technology demonstration project. In order to ensure the smooth implementation of the project and achieve due economic, social and ecological benefits, Professor Chen Zaiming, Science and Technology Commissioner assigned by Zhejiang University to Xigang Township of our county, was entrusted by the County Science and Technology Bureau to make omni-directional, scientific and detailed arrangements for the cultivation of Auricularia auricula in Shanyin Village.

"in 2013, villagers in our village who intended to plant Auricularia auricula also visited Jingning, Longquan, Panan and other places many times, and they all felt that the benefits of Auricularia auricula were good." Zhou Wenzhao, a village clerk, said. Under such circumstances, in the first year, the village collective began to try to grow Auricularia auricula. To the surprise of the village cadres, the 35000 pieces of Auricularia auricula planted brought an income of more than 100,000 yuan. For farmers who are idle at home, this is undoubtedly a good way to get rich.

Under the guidance of Professor Chen Zaiming, in 2014, the enthusiasm of the villagers in Shanyin Village was high, and the number of bacterial packets increased to 100000 and distributed to farmers.

That year, Zhou Yuanquan planted 4500 sections, and because of perfect management and smooth sales, Zhou Yuanquan and his wife earned 15000 yuan in 2014. "this is something we could never have dreamed of before. Black fungus can also be planted in rice fields, and the benefit is still so high." Zhou Yuanquan, who first tasted the results, smiled from ear to ear. This year, Zhou Yuanquan's planting scale has been expanded to 12000 sections. At present, there are eight black fungus growers like Zhou Yuanquan in the village.

It is understood that this year, the number of bacterial bags in Shanyin Village has reached 300000 segments, with a total planting area of 40 mu. Compared with other places, the black fungus harvested in Shanyin Village is much darker and thicker. Although it started late, the black fungus planted in this village is in short supply in our county market.

Good mountains and good water breed good fungus

On the morning of July 11, when the reporter went to the bacteria receiving room, which was 36 meters long and 20 meters wide, he saw a section of bacterial bags stacked together, row after row, quite spectacular. There was no one in front of the wooden inoculation boxes, only the electric fans swaying hard to blow. Zhou Yuanquan explained: "because the vaccination temperature should be controlled below 25 ℃, vaccinators usually work at night and rest during the day."

In order to ensure the asepsis of the bacterial bag, the inoculation box, inoculation tools and strain bag must be disinfected before inoculation, and the hands of the staff must also be disinfected with Xinjier liquid. At the same time, in order to ensure quality and quantity, the vaccination work was carried out by seven vaccinators in Jingning County, Lishui, who spent a month on vaccination.

"the later growth of Auricularia auricula depends to a large extent on whether there are miscellaneous bacteria in the bag." Zhou Yuanquan said.

Since September 20, some villagers have continuously put Auricularia auricula into the rice fields that have just been harvested. Farmers who have been busy for nearly a month can now sit back and wait for the harvest. Black fungus is not afraid of the sun or cold, nor does it need to control insects. The longer growing period will allow villagers to harvest until mid-April next year.

In fact, the growth of Auricularia auricula needs a large temperature difference to grow well, the temperature above 15 degrees Celsius can grow rapidly, and stop growing below 5 degrees Celsius. The climatic conditions of Shanyin Village are just suitable for the growth of Auricularia auricula. Pure natural and non-pollution are the greatest advantages of Auricularia auricula cultivated in this village.

After two years of implementation, Auricularia auricula growers summed up a set of relatively perfect cultivation and management model, at the same time, improve the economic benefits. It is understood that the ordinary dried fungus in the village can generally sell for 30mur40 yuan per jin, better ones can reach 60 yuan per jin, and the wholesale price of fresh Auricularia auricula is about 3 yuan.

The villagers calculated this account for us: "an mu of land can put 6000 Mu of 7,000 pieces of bacterial bags. Last year, the net profit of each section of bacterial bags was about 4.5 yuan, and the income of one mu of land could be increased by at least 20,000 yuan."

Although the construction of the "ecological black fungus circular industrial chain" in Shanyin Village has just started, and the villagers are in a critical period of planting and getting rich, with the field application and guidance of science and technology, Shanyin Village will eventually become a Phoenix.

Science and technology go to the countryside to benefit farmers and support auricularia auricula planting

"as a matter of fact, we can also thank the Science and Technology Bureau for achieving this scale. The relevant leaders of the Science and Technology Bureau pay special attention to the black fungus industry in our village, which not only helps our village to apply for scientific and technological projects and strive for scientific and technological funding, but also specially contacted Professor Chen Zaiming of Zhejiang University for us to provide technical support to our growers and solve the practical problems encountered in our planting process. Since 2013, for three consecutive years, we have 250000 yuan in science and technology support for equipment investment every year. It is precisely because of the strong support of government departments that we have the confidence to plant black fungus. " Zhou Yuanquan sighed.

With the expansion of planting area, Shanyin Village has strengthened the management, equipment and site investment of Auricularia auricula planting. This year, nearly 2000 square meters of iron shed has been built in the village, which is used to inoculate and raise fungus. At present, the fixed assets used for Auricularia auricula planting project in the village have reached more than 2 million yuan.

Walking to the black fungus production base in the village, a plaque with the words "New Rural Science and Technology demonstration site in Zhejiang Province" hung high on the porch. Mixer, bag Packer, socket Machine, Sterilization Boiler, Sterilization Pool, inoculation Box. A variety of huge automation machines unfold before our eyes.

According to Zhou Yuanquan, the raw material production, crushing, sterilization and inoculation of Auricularia auricula are carried out through these machines, and some of the machines are automated. The roof of the culture shed next to it can effectively reduce the temperature in the shed through automatic spraying, and the good light shelter and ventilation in the shed also improve the resistance of mycelium.
