With this idea, she and her husband visited Tianlin County many times and found that no one raised turkeys around the county seat. If turkey farms are set up around the county seat, the market prospect of supplying the county seat should be relatively broad. When it was observed that Fengdong Village in Leli Town was only a few kilometers away from the county seat, National Highway 324 passed by, and the river was covered with grass to feed turkeys, the couple decided to set up turkey farms around Fengdong Village, which has convenient transportation conditions and rich forage resources. after she told her idea to her brother, she got her brother's strong support, and then the brother and sister respectively set up turkey farms near Fengdong Village in 2012.

Tang Meixian's farm covers an area of about 2000 square meters, with a total investment of more than 100,000 yuan. At the beginning, due to the poor mastery of technical details such as feed preparation and epidemic prevention, the survival rate of turkeys was very low. Tang Meixian paid attention to observing turkey food intake, preferences and other habits at ordinary times, and used the evening time to consult relevant data. learn some common turkey disease prevention measures, and now have gradually explored a set of scientific breeding techniques. In the past, she has been buying chicken seedlings from a turkey hatchery, and the survival rate is not high. Since last year, she has collected breeding eggs and sent them to the hatchery to hatch. The survival rate has improved a lot, and she can also sell chicken seedlings, which not only increases the survival rate, but also increases income.

Because the turkeys and Tuyan chickens raised by Tang Meixian are released in the wild, coupled with the fact that the main feed is wild grass, they are well-colored and full of game, and are deeply loved by the broad masses of consumers.
