Mushroom farmers are sorting out Agaricus bisporus

In October of this golden autumn, the reporter interviewed Yang Fuyan, founder of Shengda Edible Fungi Industry Demonstration Zone in Tujing Village, Duizhen Town, Xiaoyi City.

Arriving at the base, the first thing to see is rows of orderly standardized mushroom houses. People come and go outside the houses. The mushroom fragrance in the rooms is fragrant. The white rounded double spore mushroom grows happily.

Agaricus bisporus contains more mannose, trehalose and various amino acids, delicious taste, rich nutrition, is one of the favorite edible fungi. Yang Fuyan is precisely aware of the broad market prospect of planting Agaricus bisporus. After investigation and study in Shandong, Fujian and other places, he decided to plant Agaricus bisporus.

In 2013, with the support of the "two committees" of the village, he established Shengda Agaricus bisporus Planting Professional Cooperative, which built 12 24 6-storey large-scale mushroom houses covering an area of more than 7000 square meters in the abandoned brick factory of Shangtujing Village in his hometown by taking the lead of the cooperative and the villagers voluntarily taking shares, so as to develop the edible mushroom industry.

After more than two years of development, the cultivation of Agaricus bisporus in the base has embarked on a green circular development road of large-scale development and scientific management. Due to the adoption of three-dimensional planting mode, the actual planting area of Agaricus bisporus has reached 24000 square meters. Through grading and screening of products, Agaricus bisporus is exported to Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Europe, Japan and other places. The secondary products are sold to canneries all over the country after initial processing.

At present, there are more than 30 villagers working in the base for a long time, and more than 100 seasonal workers, not only the elderly, women, but also many young people. In addition to their daily wages, they can also take care of their own farm work when they are busy.

What is more pleasing is that Yang Fuyan, while vigorously developing Agaricus bisporus planting industry, did not forget to drive mushroom farmers to break into the market, and found a new way for local farmers to become rich. Villager Zhang Wenjun said: "It is said that Yang Fuyan planting Agaricus bisporus income is considerable, this spring I also invested more than 50,000 yuan, using the old house planted 4 Agaricus bisporus, this winter can see benefits." Under the influence of Yang Fuyan, the enthusiasm of villagers to plant Agaricus bisporus is high, and there are 5 large Agaricus bisporus planting households in the town.

Talking about his own "Agaricus bisporus planting classics", Yang Fuyan said: "Agaricus bisporus is cultivated in a natural pollution-free environment, is a standard green food, good economic benefits, a planting, autumn, spring two seasons picking, each picking season in about 6 crops. The materials are all fermented materials of corn cobs and cow dung, mainly used as farm manure. In the summer of next year, after the spring mushrooms are harvested, the waste can be taken down and sold to farmers planting greenhouses to realize green recycling development..."

People often say that peers are enemies, but Yang Fuyan does not think so. He hopes that Xiaoyi will have more people to plant with him to form a scale development effect. On the one hand, it can greatly promote the employment of local rural surplus labor force; on the other hand, the scale development will make it easier to open up sales.

In the next step, Yang Fuyan plans to build a comprehensive enterprise integrating edible fungus cultivation substrate supply, edible fungus cultivation, strain supply, technical guidance, edible fungus sales and cold chain distribution, and build a more convenient and convenient trading platform to facilitate the development of edible fungi in Xiaoyi and even surrounding counties and cities.
