Nongbu led the disabled in the village to develop ecological aquaculture, raising the new hope of getting rich for more than 20 disabled people in the village.

Through several years of efforts, the scale of the farming base of agricultural cloth continues to expand.

Cangjue Village, Wujing Township, Shangri-La City, surrounded by green mountains, clear water, countless sheep dotted in the mountains and forests, barren slopes, constitute a beautiful picture of the mountain village. Behind this beautiful scenery, there is a hard experience of starting a business for a young man with a disability.

The disabled youth Nongbu in the village led the disabled people in the village to develop ecological aquaculture, raising the new hope that more than 20 disabled people in the village would become rich.

An unfortunate fate

Nongbu, who was born in Kiska, Cangjue Village, Wujing Township, has an unfortunate life and experience. His father has congenital poliomyelitis in his right leg and is unable to move. All the farm work in the family depends on his mother alone. Little Nongbu saw his mother's hard work in his eyes and kept in mind that he was sensible enough to share the family's farm work prematurely after the second grade of primary school, getting up early and working hard.

As the saying goes, the children of the poor are in charge early. Rural life endowed Nongbu with the habit of hard work and plain living, and honed his strong consciousness and nature. over the years, unwilling to be poor and eager to get rid of poverty, he tried to do all kinds of business. With his cleverness and ingenuity, he bought big white beans and medicinal materials, and then resold them to Kunming and other cities, where he was like a fish in water in the spring tide of the market economy, summed up a wealth of experience, and found the true meaning of life to be a man in good faith and to do things in a down-to-earth manner. Through hard work and hard work, Nongbu gradually enriched his poor family and accumulated a considerable income, which became an example for the admirable young people in the village and many young people in the village.

However, fate seems to play a joke on him, just when Nongbu's life has taken a turn for the better, planning and looking forward to his own bright future, in 2011, a sudden car accident drove him into the abyss.

On that day, he woke up in a white environment. He gradually realized that he was lying in a hospital bed, accompanied by his family. When he learned in the tears of his family that he had lost his right leg in a car accident, had a high amputation and had to spend the rest of his life with a crutch, he could hardly accept the fact that it could not be changed. An unprecedented sense of loss and despair welled up all over him, and he felt that the sky and the earth fell apart and the whole world collapsed. For the first time, he hugged his head in despair and cried bitterly, which made everyone present burst into tears.

After coming back from the hospital, Nongbu, who was always talking and laughing, cheerful and generous, full of sunshine and self-confidence, became silent. During the day, he sat alone in front of his home and looked at the mountains in the distance without saying a word. at night, he lay in bed and looked at the stars outside the window, and his good time began. Was it so prematurely overshadowed? Who do parents rely on for their old age? What about the rest of your life? Nongbu thought about these questions again and again in the depths of his heart.

In order to rebuild Nongbu's belief in life, his family and friends tried every means to comfort and encourage Nongbu. Many friends told him the stories of Yang Jinkun and Xia Shanquan, who were disabled and successful entrepreneurs in our state. He was deeply moved by the strong will of these disabled people and their belief in life that they would never admit defeat. His family also bought him a lot of storybooks about the continuous self-improvement of the disabled, all of which are like sunshine and rain moistening Nongbu's thirsty heart and imperceptibly changing Nongbu. Nongbu really felt the infinite love and expectations given to him by his relatives and friends, became cheerful and began to look forward to a better future. Slowly, he was kindled with confidence and decided to live on his own.

An arduous undertaking

After finding confidence in life, Nongbu decided to be a self-reliant, self-reliant and useful person in society. he wanted to create a new world of his own career in the countryside.

There are more than 20 disabled people in Cangjue village, and these disabled families are very difficult. He came up with the idea of driving the disabled people in the village to become rich and get rid of poverty through self-reliance.

Nongbu traveled to many places inside and outside the state, carefully analyzing projects suitable for starting a business. Through visiting and summarizing, combined with the geographical and climatic conditions of Cangjue Village, Nongbu found that raising black goats is a good way to start a business with low investment risk, short cycle and quick results, especially for the disabled in rural areas.

So Nongbu called a meeting of the disabled people in the village, and he told them the truth of not being disabled, the dream of starting a business, and industrial investment planning. His sincerity ignited the passion of the disabled who were eager to get rid of poverty, and none of them opposed it, and all expressed their willingness to follow Nongbu.

Starting a business is difficult, and it is even more difficult for the disabled to start a business. After the selection of industrial projects, the most difficult thing is the problem of funds. After the accident, there was little savings left, and borrowing everywhere failed to raise the necessary funds. Nongbu ran a lot of banks, and the banking sector was reluctant to lend because there was no collateral. When Nongbu was at his wit's end, the disabled families in the village took out their household registration books as collateral, and Nongbu successfully borrowed investment funds. The move of the disabled families moved Nongbu to tears, and he felt the weight of this hard-won loan, which further enhanced his responsibility and confidence in leading people out of poverty.

With funds, Nongbu first contracted a few hundred mu of land in the village to plant forage grass and build enclosures. In those days, Nongbu walked hard on the base on crutches, eating and living on the construction site with the workers, directing and planning the construction of the base, and inviting the relevant departments of the state and county to conduct comprehensive training in farming techniques for the disabled in the village. He also took the disabled people in the village to non-local states to learn lessons, and through effective measures, let them really master the technology of raising black goats, so that everyone can become experts in raising black goats. In the first year, Nongbu bought more than 320 black goats and raised them at three points. due to the proper management, 200 black goats were listed at the end of the year, making a profit of more than 200,000 yuan, and the income of disabled families in the village reached 16000 yuan.

The disabled families in the village tasted the sweetness of starting a business under the leadership of Nongbu in the first year, and Nongbu also had a considerable income. In 2013, he further expanded the scale of farming and established the "Weng Buxuan Jian breeding Cooperative", actively following the new model of "base + disabled people + market". In order to better promote the disabled to get rich and get rid of poverty, Nongbu distributed all the goats in the cooperative to the disabled, with 30% of his annual income and 70% of the annual profit of disabled households. In this way, it has greatly promoted the income of disabled households, with the highest income of disabled households rising to 50,000 yuan, and the youngest income reaching about 30,000 yuan.

Dream shines into reality

Through several years' efforts, the scale of the black goat breeding base of Nongbu has been expanding, and the profits have accumulated in the form of "rolling snow". In just a few years, the "Weng Buxuanjian breeding Cooperative" has more than 1000 black goats, and Nongbu has become a small well-known local farmer. The cooperative produces 500 goats every year, and this year Nongbu signed a contract with a slaughterhouse in Lijiang for 500 goats per year. Order farming has reassured people with disabilities in the cooperative and enhanced their confidence in breeding.
