Lei Yuanfang said that after selecting the land, he visited and inspected the construction of other standardized industrial parks. Lei Yuanfang, who has been engaged in the construction industry, has used his brains in the infrastructure construction of the park to make the park construction complement the natural ecological landscape. According to introduction, the industrial park is located at the foot of Jiulong Mountain, where the mountains stretch, clear springs often flow into the park to form a pool. "Golden bergamot blooms four seasons and bears two seasons of fruits. Its growth cycle is longer." Speaking of the products in the park, what Lei Yuanfang is most proud of is the golden bergamot. Lei Yuanfang told the author that at present, gold bergamot is still rare in Nanchong market, and only his family in the whole city is planting on a large scale.

It is understood that in 2012, Lei Yuanfang learned through market survey that citrus, grapefruit, lemon and other fruit trees are suitable for planting locally, but there are many similar products on the market, so we must find another way to achieve high efficiency. "When I was investigating all over the country, I met someone selling gold bergamot fresh fruit on the train by chance, 80 yuan a piece, passengers also rushed to buy, this scene completely moved me." Lei Yuanfang said, so he tossed many places, finally introduced gold bergamot from Zhejiang.

Lei Yuanfang said that in order to learn planting technology, he had a period of time to soak in the "fingered citron planting forum" all day long, but also many times to Zhejiang for field visits, learning gold fingered citron planting experience, but also invited professional and technical personnel from Zhejiang to enter the site guidance.

It is understood that at present, the market price of gold bergamot fresh fruit is 14 yuan per kilogram. After drying, the price of fruit, tender leaf tip and bergamot flower per kilogram reached 100 yuan, 6000 yuan and 16,000 yuan respectively. During its productive period, Golden Fingered citron can harvest 1.1 tons of fresh fruit, 3.5 kg of dry and tender tips, 1 kg of dried fingered citron flowers per mu, with an output value of 52,000 yuan per mu and an output value of nearly 1,000 yuan per plant.

"At present, the drying room and freezer with an investment of more than 800,000 yuan covering an area of 500 square meters have been completed, and the equipment is being installed and debugged." Lei Yuanfang introduced that in the next step, the park will also build a processing and packaging workshop, relying on gold bergamot and lemon, develop bergamot tea, lemon tea and other products, at the same time cultivate seedlings, make bonsai sales, increase the added value of products. "Diversified production and marketing models will bring greater wealth and increase income for local people." Lei Yuanfang said.

"In the past, more than half of the land in the village was abandoned, and less and less labor force stayed at home." Bai Guangwen, a 74-year-old villager in the village, told the author that after the establishment of the industrial park, the village's roads, water conservancy and other infrastructure were improved. Villagers transfer the land to the industrial park and work in the industrial park. The income is considerable in one year. Bai Guangwen said that he transferred the land to the industrial park and could collect more than 3000 yuan of land rent every year. He and his wife work in the industrial park with an annual income of more than 40,000 yuan. According to introduction, the industrial park employs about 5000 workers every year. After the next step of developing deep processing and eco-tourism tourism, more than 3000 workers will be added every year.

"I want to use gold bergamot as a medium to develop rural tourism. At present, it is planned to build a farmhouse. At that time, visitors can fish in the park, pick and play, and can also taste home-brewed bergamot tea and authentic farm dishes." Speaking of the long-term planning of the ecological manor, Lei Yuanfang is full of ambition: "I want to build Tianlongtan Ecological Agriculture Industrial Park into a circular, low-carbon, three-dimensional modern planting and tourism base, leading local farmers to create more wealth together."
