In early winter, the north mountain of Chenjiazhuang Village, Hezi West Township, Xuanhua District, is already covered with fallen leaves and withered vegetation, while the more than 40 mushroom rooms in the underground clover mushroom planting base at the foot of the mountain are full of vitality: the basement is out of sight, with neat shelves of Pleurotus ostreatus, apricot abalone mushrooms, pocket mushrooms, and "noble" hericium Erinaceus competing to "bloom". Workers are picking, sorting, packing and loading cars in a tense and orderly manner. Li Guanye, head of the base, said: "We have signed supply contracts with many places in Beijing and Shanxi, with a monthly output of more than 100 tons in peak season and sales revenue of more than 800,000 yuan."

Five years ago, Li Guanye contracted 40 abandoned vaults covering an area of more than 1000 acres in Beishan of Chenjiazhuang Village and began to grow mushrooms. Why did you choose to grow mushrooms in the basement? Lao Li's introduction went on and on: "this is our uniqueness. The mushroom in the basement is inspired by the principle of our northern rural cellar, which is warm in winter and cool in summer." And the humidity in the basement is high, and the temperature is kept between 5 ℃-27 ℃ all the year round. With the change of season, the temperature range changes, which is just suitable for different mushroom varieties. It is an excellent environment for growing mushrooms. " Of course, Li Guanye's "mushroom career" also encountered failure in the early days. At first, the death of a large number of mushrooms was a blow to Li Guanye, who was full of confidence. He encountered numerous failures in a year, but he did not lose heart. He went to other places to study many times, invited experts to guide him, improved the basement, updated the cultivation equipment, and worked on every link himself until the first batch of mushrooms were successfully put on the market. Now, batch after batch of mushroom orders come one after another, Li Guanye still does not relax, but the requirements are more stringent. Every link such as strain cultivation and product testing is checked layer by layer. He checks the sanitary environment of the basement and the quality of mushrooms produced every day to ensure that there is no "dregs project" coming into the market.

What gives Li Guanye the greatest sense of achievement is the successful cultivation of hericium Erinaceus. In the cultivation workshop of hericium Erinaceus in the base, the furry "hericium Erinaceus" which is bigger than the fist is so fresh and delicate that people can't bear to touch it. Li Guanye is proud: "this is the newly cultivated high-quality hericium Erinaceus, which is in short supply in Beijing alone." Lao Li also specially introduced: "what is a boutique?" First of all, it looks like the head of a monkey, the mushroom body is golden or yellow with white, and the second one has a full range of hairy hair, many and slender hair belongs to Jiapin. All the hericium Erinaceus we have cultivated are of high quality and carry 'aristocratic blood' from the factory. Naturally, the price has increased a lot! " At present, Li Guanye's clover mushroom planting base is the largest industrial edible mushroom cultivation and processing base in Xuanhua, with hundreds of workshops such as modern stick making, drying, packaging, cold storage, experiment, sterilization, and so on, with a daily output of more than 4 tons. Sold to Beijing, Shanxi, Inner Mongolia and other places, the annual output value can reach more than 15 million yuan. The cultivation technology is becoming more and more mature, from the initial single product experiment to the present diversified development, coupled with the concept of "cultivating high-quality products and selling in the wrong season", the sales revenue is rising continuously.

The clover mushroom planting base places 150 workers for employment, and Li Guanye also takes the lead in setting up agricultural cooperatives to encourage surrounding villagers to jointly cultivate mushrooms in the way of "base + farmers." at present, 500 villagers have reached an agreement to join the society. "I have tasted the benefits of joining the cooperative. The base provides technology and has a smooth market, and Brother Li has shown us the way to get rich." Zhao Xinqiang, a villager of Chenjiazhuang Village, said happily. Li Guanye said: "40 underground vaults have been fully utilized. In the next step, we will expand the space on the ground and build several experimental greenhouses on the ground. After success, we will push them out in an all-round way, expand the planting scale, and let the small mushrooms bloom more gorgeously."
