Zhang Xiangyin, a 58-year-old farmer from Wuguan Village, Changchun Bao Town, Qixingguan District, Bijie City, is a poor family. When the agricultural and commercial bank made a loan of 24000 yuan, the government paid the interest, and when the cow had an accident, the government paid for it. Zhang Xiangyin was able to buy two Simmental hybrid cows without worry, and he happily calculated that each cow could give birth to two calves in three years, with an income of 40,000 yuan at the price of 10,000 yuan per litter.

Today, Zhang Xiangyin has his own 13th five-year plan: one year to learn farming skills, two years to repay the capital, three years to get rid of poverty, four years later to send his grandson to primary school, and five years later to raise the height of the bungalow his son borrowed to build. When a moderately prosperous society is fully built in 2020, it will also be a new starting point for Zhang Xiangyin to completely shake off poverty and become rich.
