A successful businessman who works hard and acts vigorously-this is the deep impression left by Hu Xiaomin, the owner of Minlilai Leisure Villa in Wan Li District. Over the years, by virtue of his flexible mind and drive without fear of hardship, Hu Xiaomin single-handedly set up the largest Nongjiale Leisure Villa in Wan Li District, but he did not forget his fellow villagers when he got rich. While constantly breaking through his own development, he also led one side of the villagers to get rich together.

Hu Xiaomin, 40, is a villager of vegetable Village, Zhaoxian Town, Wanli District. Before starting a business, Hu Xiaomin, like most people around her, was engaged in pig farming. Considering that pig farming is risky and harmful to the environment, it has been difficult for the bank to make a breakthrough, so Hu Xiaomin began to look elsewhere. "at that time, the district was actively advocating the development of tourism, so I came up with the idea of setting up farm music. With more tourists, business is definitely not bad." Referring to the idea of choosing to start farm music in the first place, Hu Xiaomin said.

After raising funds in many ways, in 2004, Minlilai Nongjiale Leisure Villa, founded by Hu Xiaomin, began trial operation. The villa adheres to the concept of business, construction and improvement, and its main business projects are farm catering and fishing. With the hard work of Hu Xiaomin and the strong support of the government, the benefit of the villa has made breakthroughs year after year, and the scale has been further expanded. In 2012, "Minlilai" Villa has become a farm theme leisure villa with agricultural tourism, farm catering, fishing and leisure, vacation entertainment, conference accommodation and so on.

Hu Xiaomin, who became rich and never forgot the love of Sang Zi, has been paying close attention to the development of his hometown. In order to drive the villagers to get rich together, coupled with some experience accumulated in managing farm music, Hu Xiaomin came up with the idea of making the agricultural industry bigger and stronger. In 2012, after repeated consideration, Hu Xiaomin chose the tea planting industry in combination with the unique alpine topography of the Bay area and the existing agricultural foundation. After doing a good job in the early market research, he led the villagers to contract more than 600 mu of mountains in Hongxing, Makou and other high mountain areas, set up tea processing plants, and set up Alpine four Seasons Ecological Agriculture Co., Ltd. through the "company + base + farmers" business model to drive local farmers to get rich. After three years of development, the Wanli alpine famous tea industry group has begun to take shape, the surrounding tea planting area has reached more than 5000 mu, tea products have been further promoted, tea culture has been deeply excavated, and a high-quality tea industrialization road is gradually taking shape.

At the same time, under his guidance, last year, villagers began to try to grow alpine organic vegetables. While introducing advanced and excellent varieties to the villagers, Hu Xiaomin went to the market to open up the market for the products. In the spring of 2015, the first batch of alpine vegetables in Wanli district matured, and the price of vegetables was 30% higher than that of the market, which strengthened the villagers' confidence in growing alpine vegetables. "I'm really glad to be able to do something for the villagers. People who are rich are really rich. As long as the villagers believe me, I will continue to do it. " Hu Xiaomin said with a smile.
