For ten years, father and son spent all their thoughts and all the savings of the family's hard work on the prevention and control of green pepper disease, but with little success. At the beginning of the establishment of the company, Li Qiang took the improvement of greenhouse skeleton production, the test and demonstration of planting patterns, and the popularization and application of greenhouse technology as the main objectives of the company, aiming to develop the vegetable planting industry, mainly green pepper in greenhouse, into a leading industry for increasing farmers' income in the county. With the increasing market demand, the company continues to increase hardware investment and expand the business model. On the basis of the original skeleton production plant and technical training center, the company has increased the science and technology service center and expanded two demonstration parks with a total scale of 1700 mu. In the demonstration area, everyone said vividly: "every household has the same shed, so you don't have to worry about eating and drinking. You can earn money every day, with a per capita of nearly 10,000 yuan." Up to now, the teaching and training base has carried out more than 40 agricultural science and technology extension and training activities, and more than 5000 technicians have been trained annually. During this period, Li Qiang completed two years of specialized horticulture major in the Central Broadcasting University, participated in the entrepreneurship training of China's youth vegetable industry, and participated in the training of new professional farmers. In 2015, he was listed as the training object of modern young farmers.

Greenhouse management is a win-win situation for both agriculture and enterprises
