In recent years, the village has actively tried to plant lemon, pear, loquat, sericulture and so on, and introduced walnut seedlings from other places, but the results are not good. "it was not until last year that I knew that there was a 'Huiyao' walnut in Hong Kong, which had a high fruit hanging rate and sold well." Tang Xinhua said. Huiyao No. 1 walnut is a new variety improved and cultivated by Yinwencui on the basis of local walnut. It has strong disease resistance, high fruit hanging rate and unique taste, so it is very popular in the market. This year, Yinwencui sold more than 10 tons of fresh fruit and 8 tons of dried fruit at a price of up to 60 yuan per kilogram, and the products are in short supply.

In the face of the attractive market prospect, Yinwencui did not monopolize the walnut varieties, but began to seek cooperation in the surrounding villages. Huanglong Village is one of them. After negotiation, Huanglong Village and Yinwencui agreed on a way of cooperation: Yinwencui provides walnut seedlings and technical support, villagers are responsible for daily management, and Yinwencui helps sell the fruit when it is ripe.

In Tang Xinhua's eyes, this is much more cost-effective than the villagers' transfer of land to the company, charging only rent. "the location of our village is not good, and the land transfer fee is low, which is only two to three hundred yuan per mu. Even if you can earn money by working in a company, there are still a small number of people. " According to Tang Xinhua's calculation, when walnuts enter the peak harvest period, the planned 1000 mu planting area in the village will create 6 million yuan of gross income each year, driving the per capita income of villagers to nearly 10,000 yuan.

At present, Baihe Town broken Horse Village has been planted 1500 mu, Shuangqiao Town Paifang Village has 400 mu, Zhongshan Township, Guobei Town also has more than 100 mu. It turned out that in 2011, when Yinwencui transferred the land, it paid an one-time transfer fee of nearly one million yuan for 18 years. In addition, after the inspection, the purchase of walnut seedlings, labor costs and other follow-up expenses, Yinwencui is facing difficulties in capital flow.

In view of this situation, the Agricultural and Industrial Committee of Dongxing District Party Committee actively implemented the pilot work of rural property rights mortgage financing, helping Yinwencui successfully lend 1.8 million yuan to the management rights of 400 mu of land transferred. At the same time, in various exhibitions to help Yinwencui promote the "Huiyao" walnut brand.

At the third Sichuan Agricultural Expo from November 19 to 23, "Huiyao" walnuts attracted a lot of attention. Leaders of special organizations from Guang'an, Yibin, Zigong and other places all agreed to cooperate with Yinwencui to introduce "Huiyao" walnut seedlings for local planting. "to help the poor, some villages have good conditions, and companies are willing to come. And those with poor conditions like Huanglong Village need to be led by big growers. " Tan Changliang, deputy director of the Agriculture and Industry Committee of Dongxing District CPC Committee, said that the district innovated ideas to help the poor, supported large farmers and eventually helped the villagers.
