Because of the imperfect auxiliary equipment, Gao Ruicai broke through many technical bottlenecks and solved many production problems. In May 2013, the first batch of mushrooms came out of the greenhouse. In addition to 20 greenhouses reserved for bacteria culture, the other 80 greenhouses successfully completed the highest production rate originally designed. It is estimated that the average yield of each greenhouse (0.5mu) reaches 7500 kg. Gao Ruicai wept with joy when he won the first battle. The alpine Houshan area can finally produce edible mushrooms, and the mushrooms produced are of high quality and delicious.

Planting edible fungi has a high content of science and technology. Gao Ruicai in the production of edible fungi, strengthen management, do it personally, on-site guidance, at the same time, provide technical training to the villagers. Gao Ruicai was appointed as the county's technical director of edible fungus planting in Wuchuan County. He led eight college students in practice and trained more than 500 farmers. Wuchuan County, with its high altitude and cool climate, has developed a new species of edible mushroom, the Daqingshan wild domesticated mushroom project, which is expected to be cultivated successfully this year. The advanced intelligent liquid seed production technology has been mastered by him and has been used in the production process of edible fungi, which has increased the output of edible fungi. After a hard day's work, he always studies for a while in the evening. "people who engage in technology must constantly learn to recharge. If they do not learn, they will not be able to keep up with the situation of rapid development." He said.

After more than three years of hard work, the edible mushrooms of the edible mushroom production base in Luodinggai Village have been registered with the trademark "stuffed Menggu" and certified by QS, while the edible mushrooms produced have been snapped up by customers who come to buy Fujian, Dalian, Beijing, Tianjin and other customers, and customers from Dalian and Fujian have to sign long-term supply contracts with the base.

The villagers who received substantial benefits affectionately called Gao Ruicai a "highly capable person". "in the past, farming on dry slopes depended on heaven for food, but there was no guarantee of income, but now I earn NT $40,000 to NT $50,000 a year working in the base, and I still have dividends at the end of the year. Xu Wenfeng, a villager of Dinggai Village, said. In 2014, the edible mushroom base in Qiandinggai Village gave 200000 yuan to pay dividends to more than 400 villagers of 130 families in the village, including 92 old, weak, sick and disabled and 46 poor college students.

Today, Gao Ruicai is the technical director of edible mushrooms in the county, imagining that mushrooms from Wuchuan should be listed and exported abroad. With a sincere heart, he strives to write this article on industrial poverty alleviation.
