Zhang Sangen was born in a farmhouse and used to be a small local famous real estate owner. In the 1990s, Zhang Sangenji founded a private enterprise-"Genji Construction Company". After more than ten years of hard work in the construction industry, Zhang Sangenji has also become a well-known farmer entrepreneur and rich leader.

In 2012, Zhang Sangen inherited 2600 mu of wasteland in Dongba and started his second venture_green planting, original ecological breeding and tourism. In October 2013, Zhang Sangen joined 32 members and successively transferred 5475 mu of land to establish Nanxing Breeding Professional Cooperative in Baotou City.

"How can you run a co-operative and engage in modern agriculture if you don't know how to farm?" With the expansion of the cooperative scale, Zhang Sangen specially hired agricultural experts from the city to serve as technical instructors in the cooperative, and recruited network technicians to assist him in learning agricultural technology online and consulting breeding information. Zhang Sangen not only learned by himself, but also held training classes to mobilize his wife, son, cooperative members and nearby farmers to learn agricultural technology together. Over the past few years, the cooperative has built an area of 1200 mu farm, 500 mu strawberry picking garden, 100 mu orchard, 100 mu flower garden, with more than ten kinds of out-of-season fruits and vegetables such as strawberries, pitaya, flat peaches, cherries and colorful cherry persimmon through demonstration of good planting methods, implementation of high-yield breakthrough innovation, scientific use of pesticides and standardized engineering construction.

On this basis, Zhang Sangen registered Baotou City Nanxing Modern Agriculture Co., Ltd., which consists of "Yishui Vegetable Planting Farmers Professional Cooperative, Hexiang Farmers Professional Cooperative, Nanxing Sheep Raising Professional Cooperative" and so on.

In 2014, Dongba Farm formed a large-scale output: corn reached more than 1 million jin, sunflower 80,000 jin, sheep developed to more than 300, poultry more than 1000, fish pond 180 mu developed, fish output more than 100,000 jin.

Zhang Sangenji, who was born in real estate and enterprises, is good at linking the management experience of enterprises with scientific farming, forming his own unique "farming classics".

Soil testing, formulation, fertilization. With the guidance and help of the municipal soil fertilizer station, Zhang Sangen continued to examine the soil field by field, establish soil fertilizer files, fertilize according to the land, and greatly improve the fertilizer utilization rate.

To save water, he also learned to use drip irrigation under film.

Disease control is not blind. Even if the production is busy again, as long as it is the pest information released by the city plant protection station, Zhang Sangen must read every issue and carefully study it. Over the past few years, Zhang Sangen, who is good at summarizing and innovating, has promoted his own "farming classics" and radiated the surrounding farmers, so that everyone can benefit together. It is understood that Zhang Sangen has provided agricultural machinery and unified prevention and control services for more than 20000 farmers around, saving 26 yuan per mu and increasing production by more than 40 kilograms. The cooperative service area realized annual cost saving and income increase of 800,000 yuan, and the income of farmers doubled compared with previous years.

Zhang Sangen not only started his own business rich, but also did not forget to help his neighbors. In the Spring Festival of 2013, Zhang Sangen continued to send 50 catties of rice, 50 catties of noodles and a bucket of oil to 29 widowed and lonely elderly households in Wang Dahan Village to express his love for the elderly.

In recent years, Zhang Sangen has opened a new link in the entrepreneurial chain-ecological catering project, choosing ecological chickens from his own breeding garden as the main signboard every day. This year, Nanxing Modern Agriculture has carried out in-depth planning for the four core industries of the enterprise, combining green planting, ecological breeding, self-service farmhouse entertainment and brand direct selling to create a "whole industrial chain" with controllable and traceable quality from field to dining table, investing more than 20 million yuan to build a solar greenhouse, exploring and trying to plant subtropical green organic fruits and vegetables such as bananas and papayas. On this basis, we will continue to increase investment in scientific research and the introduction of high-tech talents, continue to consolidate long-term cooperative relations with colleges and universities and scientific research units, and seek new breakthroughs in product research and development.

As soon as the idea opens, entrepreneurial ideas come in succession. At present, the construction of 20 flower cellars and 7000 square meters flower exhibition hall of Nanxing Phase II Project is being stepped up.
