He realized that only by planting good varieties and taking the road of starting a business through science and technology can there be a way out. As a result, he signed up for a skills training course at the Shanlian teaching point of Huzhou Farmers College, modestly consulting agricultural machinery experts with questions, and sometimes invited experts to the vineyard site. Through careful study and repeated speculation, Zhang Guoping mastered a set of scientific cultivation methods for planting organic grapes. Today, his grapes are not only strong and beautiful, high quality and sweet, but also become a well-known grape grower.

However, after the success of his business, he is not satisfied with the status quo. "I will lead the villagers around me to get rich together." After the establishment of the grape professional cooperative in the town, he took the initiative to impart cultivation techniques and experience to farmers, providing growers with one-stop services from seedling to marketing, from pest control to integrated fertilizer and water technology. Under his meticulous guidance, he has driven more than 50 farmers around him to engage in grape cultivation, with a planting area of more than 300 mu, making grape cultivation large-scale and industrialized. Through his efforts, the cooperative also registered the "Xia Ying" grape trademark. Due to ecological cultivation and quality assurance, the products have been in short supply.
