During this time, Jiang Qishan, a villager of Shengyi Village, Shancheng Town, Taining County, is very busy. The tea in the factory sells very well and is organizing the staff to pack the baked tea into bags and send them to various markets. He lived in the factory for half a month and didn't go home.

Although every day is spent in a busy way, Jiang Qishan feels full. Years of entrepreneurial experience, let him deeply understand that only hard work can be achieved, so that the entrepreneurial road can go further.

Jiang Qishan became ill when she was young. Due to the family's financial difficulties, she could not be treated in time, resulting in the disability of her right foot and walking high and low. This made him discriminated against in his later study and life, and there was great pressure on his way to make a living.

"I used to set up a stall to repair bicycles at Taining Chengguan, worked as a vendor, and set up a night market, but business was poor." In order to make a living, Jiang Qishan, who graduated from junior high school, did a lot of things in the mid-1980s, but she didn't make any money.

Just when Jiang Qishan was depressed, he was introduced to work in a tea factory. During this period, he modestly asked his master for advice, and a few years later, he mastered the techniques of planting, production and production of tea.

In 1998, Jiang Qishan had the idea of starting his own business. with the money he had saved from working for many years and the money lent to him by his relatives and friends, he contracted 40 mu of old tea garden in Hongguang Village, 4 kilometers away from Chengguan.

Introduce new tea varieties, improve soil quality, and do a good job in tea mountain management. After eight years of painstaking efforts, Jiang Qishan saw the hope of a bumper harvest. Just when he was full of joy, the tea garden he contracted was requisitioned because of the needs of tourism development and economic development in the county, and Jiang Qishan lost her job again.

Subsequently, Jiang Qishan looked everywhere and finally contracted the management right of 40 mu of Tea Mountain for 30 years in Longhu Village, Zhukou Town, Taining County. With some painstaking efforts, Chashan has developed from 40 mu to more than 100 mu. In 2008, he raised more than 300,000 yuan to build a new tea-making plant and purchased a complete set of tea-making machinery.

Starting a business is hard. At the beginning, Jiang Qishan only processed green tea, the price was not high, but also did not meet the market demand, the economic benefits were general. Black tea was very popular in 2009, and Jiang Qishan spent more than 20,000 yuan on tuition to go to Wuyishan to learn how to make black tea. The black tea produced that year sold at a good price.

However, there was an unexpected situation in the sky, and this year, Jiang Qishan was owed more than 100,000 yuan by non-local tea merchants and could not recover the tea payment. "it was almost New Year's Eve, and he still owed his employees 70,000 to 80,000 yuan in wages, and they chased him for money. It was a very difficult time." At this time, Jiang Qishan thought of the disabled Persons' Federation. After understanding the situation, the staff of the disabled Persons' Federation visited the tea garden and tea factory and immediately granted him a small loan of 30,000 yuan, which met his urgent needs.

In 2010, Taining was hit by the "June 18" flood, so did Jiang Qishan's tea farm, a large area of cascade landslides in Chashan, and the machine ploughing roads and irrigation facilities of the tea garden were damaged by the flood, resulting in economic losses of more than 100,000 yuan. After the County disabled Persons' Federation learned of the situation, it not only came to offer condolences, but also brought experts to Chashan to inspect the disaster and guide remedial measures, so that Chashan quickly resumed production after the disaster.

At present, Jiang Qishan has more than 110 mu of Chashan, complete tea-making equipment, and a complete set of production lines for green tea and black tea, mainly producing black tea, as well as Maofeng, Biluochun and other green tea, with better economic benefits.

While realizing the value of life, Jiang Qishan does not forget to return to the society. At present, his tea factory has placed five disabled people to engage in tea processing. During the tea-picking season, more than 60 people go to the mountains to pick tea every day, driving the employment of surplus people in the surrounding villages and achieving common poverty alleviation and prosperity. In 2013, Jiang Qishan's "Longhu Fule Tea Farm" won the honorable title of "Fule planting and breeding Base" at the county level, and she was also elected as a member of the Fifth Congress of Taining County disabled Persons' Federation.

Now, Jiang Qishan is full of confidence. He plans to develop 50 mu of tea garden this winter and next spring, introduce good tea varieties, make great efforts to produce high-quality tea, and make the cause bigger and better.
